  1. Even pro's make mistakes that can be hazardous. Better to always have one and use it rather than rely on "I know that so many wraps will give me certain ohm logic".
  2. ROFL! That's because we Jarheads are normally better at breaking things than building them. Hahahaha laughing my *** off here.
  3. Hey bro these won't last and its a limited edition version in polished stainless steel. I just ordered one. I posted this another section but its such a great RBA I felt compelled to post it here as well. Vapor Joes has a code to get it cheaper. http://www.vapordna.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=RB00001&Click=98 http://vaporjoe.blogspot.com/2014/02/limited-edition-polished-stainless.html
  4. It looks pretty good and Josh's advice is spot on. Additionally you might want to try to add more twists in the wire itself. Keep on twisting just to the point before the wire kinks up so it looks more like a beaded wire.
  5. Totally awesome Proetus! We are all anxiously awaiting. How much more do you have to do? What's the estimated time of completion?
  6. Now why would you post a link to a cigar website in a vapors forum? Did you even think before you posted it? Many former cigar smokers are here looking for encouragement to stay off the stinkies and links like this are not appreciated! Pretty stupid if you ask me! TROLL!
  7. Just bought a limited edition polished stainless steel Russian 91% from VaporDNA because I dropped my other Russian 91% and broke my acrylic tank. Ya sad and I could have bought a replacement tank, but thought that it would be nice to have the limited edition model as I love this RBA so much. I guess there is a silver lining in every cloud. Link below in case anyone else wants to jump on this. Type JOE10 to bring the total down to $89.99 (also free shipping and 10ml of juice). http://www.vapordna.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=RB00001&Click=98 http://vaporjoe.blogspot.com/2014/02/limited-edition-polished-stainless.html
  8. Wow! And I thought I was gone long. I hope your homecoming is everything that you've been dreaming about. Are you Conus or Oconus?
  9. With the picture alone that you provided we won't know if you are doing the right thing or not let alone provide advise. Things that might help us out are: 1. what set up are you using 2. what is the ohms for the build 3. what kind of batteries are you using 4. what voltage or wattage are you vaping at 5. how long have you been vaping / experience Tell us as much as you can and surely someone will be able to help out a bit more. From the picture we can see that you are running a dual coil with cotton as your wicking material. I could be wrong but it does appear from the amount of wraps per each coil that your build might be sub ohm. Building coils can be very fun, but it can be very dangerous not only to yourself but others around you. You need to know what you are doing and your statement makes you look as if you have no idea what you are doing. Please be careful.
  10. Welcome to the community of friendliest vapors known.
  11. I'm traveling home 8 days. Its been 2 months since home last. I'm truly excited.
  12. You can do it. We are all rooting for you. Just do the best you can.
  13. Hello to VT. Great job on making the switch. Fun times ahead.
  14. Russian 91% or one of the Kayfun's. You will NOT be disappointed. All depends on how much your willing to spend though.
  15. I should have paid more attention in electronics shop in HS. If I try this at home you will see Tampa looking like a post apocalyptic wasteland.
  16. This is all very interesting. Thanks for beginning this thread.
  17. FYI I saw Todd's review on youtube and he mentioned that the base diameter was 23mm. Gotta have a mod large enough or it will look out of place.
  18. So for example juices like Bobo's Bounty with their dark color have food coloring in it? And how about that Radiator Pluid? Just wondering. I want my juices to be as natural as possible.
  19. Of all places I was Disney World Orlando with my family and was sitting around some attraction while my son was playing and decided on a few stealth vapes. I noticed another guy stealth vaping about the same time he noticed me. He walked over and introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes about our setups. The conversation then turned to our favorite juices and he said that he was one of the owners of Moon Mountain Vapors based out of Tampa, gave me his business card and invited me to visit the website that they recently had opened up. Of course I checked it out later that day but was unable to order anything because I was leaving for Iraq in a couple of days. But I never forgot and when I returned home on leave I ordered Sweet Mother of Mercury juice (RY4 style juice) from the website and its now one of my all day vapes. Its funny how things turn out sometimes.
  20. I found this website that sells it. Obviously its out of stock. I would like one as well. http://exvape.de/eXpromizer/eXpromizer-Steel-Tank::4.html?MODsid=0e87148c094ea75ac7bfd1ce1ca375d3#tab_reviews
  21. From what I have read, obviously not from experience, the Aqua in general is very finicky but once you get it right it vapes like a champ. I guess I got lucky with my first build because I have yet to have a leak or gurgle even after filling it about 5 times. I as well like the airy draw compared to the russian 91%. Building those dual coils on that tiny deck is a real PITA though. Plus using thumb tightening screws sucks.
