  1. Ya, the price would be the deal-breaker for sure. But it's 5 votls and a passthrough so worth keeping a few eyes on it. GrimmGreen sure made it sound incredible... "Vape like a gangster"
  2. Hello, just a random Maryland reference. The Vape Dojo has an actual Storefront. Something unavailable where I live... Cheapest price I've ever seen on a starter kit: http://www.vapedojo.com/collections/kits/products/katana-kit Edit: They donated one of these at the last White Rose Vape Club meet - that's how I heard about 'em
  3. Yep, these are nifty. Perfect for playing banjo... Might even be more stealth than the 400mah Spinner/EVOD combo.
  4. Well thanks for sharing a month later!! I've been keeping my eye on these since I got the T3 and MT3. Seems like the EVOD is very mod-friendly from what I have read.
  5. Ahh thanks, I looked up their site. Some other sites I have seen call them Vivi Nova Neptune: http://www.dndvapor.com/Vision-ViVi-Nova-Neptune_p_108.html They look the same, anyway, but Freedom Smoke sells 'em for less...
  6. Wella huloo and welcome!! Here's what I use: 1300mah Vision Spinner and Vivi Nova and some Nanos when I go out Variable Voltage Passthrough with Kanger MT3 and some other Nanos at home Bombshell Stinger with carto-tank, soon to upgrade to an iClear 30 Direct Dripping at different resistances to sample new flavors... Personal favorite juices are Vanilla-X, Pina Colada, and RY4. Especially sample some RY4 if you were a newport smoker, other 'newport-ers' I've spoken with tend to like it. And goot luck on your journey!!
  7. I never saw a Vivi Nova v5 yet. v2.5 maybe but what is the v5 here??
  8. Howdy and welcome. I know a song called Cindy... Here's a vid I saw on youtube of someone singing it:
  9. Does tripping over yer passthrough cable count as a side-effect??
  10. I looked at eLiquid Market's webpage and all the juice they carry is Dekang. I've never had Dekang so I can't comment on their menthol.
  11. When I signed up for life Insurance they did a blood test. So vape 0 nic for a while and you'll test clean.
  12. Wella howdy huloo from across the Atlantic Ocean, welcome to VT!!
  13. PG liquids = more throat hit. VG liquids = more vapor. To answer yer question directly I would say the 'best' throat hit I've ever had was a PG blend RY4 vaped through a Terminator atty on a Bombshell Stinger mod kicked to 10 watts. It was so much of a throat hit it tasted like pepper... Not my personal style, but worth the experience, anyway.
  14. Howdy and welcome to VT. I'm not in Florida but wish I was, it's snowing right now in PA.
  15. I was talking with a guy on Saturday that smoked newports for years before vaping. He had like 5 mods all set up with different RY4 blends, even a little DIY. His sweet spot vaped at 10 watts on a kicked Bombshell Stinger. He was vaping it out of an atty called a 'Terminator' and let me try it... awesome-ness!! I never vaped 10 watts before but I could see why a newport smoker would like RY4 because it's a sweeter tobacco flavor. I even picked up some RY4 (from Mom and Pop Vapor Shop) for myself I enjoyed it so much.
  16. Innokin iClear 30 Dual Coil Clearomizer with Rotating Mouthpiece and replacement coils. http://www.ecigarsenal.com/Innokin-iClear-30-Dual-Coil-Clearomizer-p/30915.htm
  17. I should eat a cracker before switching flavors... like a wine connoiseur. Maybe cheese? I have trouble vaping caramel macchiato after a few puffs of sweet tarts. Enough beer and even Kahlua vape doesn't taste too bad.
  18. Yay and cheers from PA - WOOT!! Howdy and welcome.
  19. Glad to provide you the giggles!! I found a mr_wick on ebay that includes 5ft of unbleached cotton with his (3"x4") mesh sheets and free shipping $8.95. Gonna give it a couple/few days before I order and see what feedback I get on here.
  20. Thanks Tam for the $0.02, yer always uber-helpful and we love u for it. Perhaps I should look at ohms from a taste-perspective rather than a thickness-perspective. Modding is so much fun anymore, I'm seriously close to buying a yard of 100% unbleached cotton. Not sure if that may be nicer to me than the silica/fiberglass wicks. So lets find out... I suppose the first step is ss mesh. Any thick juice suggestions/tips for when I raid ebay for a sheet of 400 ss mesh?? As in: Is there any benefit to 250 mesh if I'm dripping 100% VG in my phoenix clone??
  21. I shopped there once. This is a great store if you are looking for adapters. The majority of my order came in a reasonable time frame. I bought a rn4081-510 adapter and clearomizer drip tip adapter from them. This is also where I got my dreaded (imho) Kahlua... Sad thing was I got the crearo-adapter so I could try my first (of 3 now) knucklehead drip tip. They were out of stock on that so it took a couple weeks to be able to use the drip tip adapter. Of course by then my CE5 clearomizer was leaking, but that clearo came from a previous purchase, not AquaVaporCig. I also recall Synther on here posted an *Extremely Well-Written* product review!! (hope you don't mind the compliment, Synther)
  22. I know the Kanger T3 was able to handle Boba's Bounty in Phil Busardo's Clearomizer Shootout. Has anyone found a favorite combo to tackle thick VG e-juice vaping?? I would love to hear more thoughts and opinions on the best attys and ohms level. Am I better off just watering it down with distilled water?? I don't want to dilute too much of the flavor unless it really proves necessary. If I go re-buildable I read that Kanthal is better than NiChrome for coils on thick juice, can anyone confirm this and what wicks up the thick stuff??
  23. Howdy huloo and welcome. As far as devices are concerned consider at least one of each type 1. Passthrough/battery like you mentioned 2. VV 1300mah ego or spinners or 2 if yer prone to drop them 3. Changable-battery device (mods). As much as I love my spinner I can't take the internal battery out and put a fresh battery in and vape as I put the old one on a charger. And are you a rebuilder at heart? A multimeter, some wire, ss mesh, and a bit of 100% unbleached cotton...
  24. Thanks for the update mse. You just added caramel, marshmallow, and butter compliments to my first diy shopping list; whenever that happens.
