  1. I have been using mine for months and love it. It is not my travel vape, it is my home vape. I have not dropped it either, but then I am carefull with any of my electronics - my phone is 2 years old and mint condition - so I can't say anything to that. I generally run my eVic on 6.7-7 watts as well and love it.
  2. I would have to say that a supressed .22 mag out of a rifle would be better than 5.56 or .308. Sure, there isnt much punch, but a .22 mag at close range with a rifle is enough to pierce the skull, with little more noise than a BB gun. Noise discipline will be the key to surviving more than sheer firepower. If you are quiet enough, they will neve know you are there. As for the Walking Dead, I want more zombies and more nail-biting situations. While there will be issues with rogue groups and settlements, these will be fewer and further between. The one thing I have enjoyed about TWD is that the zombies, while dangerous, are now environmental, much like a group going to the arctic would have to deal with the cold on a daily basis. The zombies are always there, always dangerous and always act a certain way.
  3. Yep, will get photos this weekend. I will be finishing up my main one, the other is still hanging in the forge.
  4. See my title... I have loved/hated zombies since I was 6 years old, when I saw "Night of the Living Dead" in a drive-in. Yeah, had interesting baby sitters when I was a kid. I have a nice little cache of weapons, but guns are secondary. You will run out of bullets, I have 2 custom hammers (yes, custom designed and hand forged out of 4140 CroMoly High-Carbon steel) ththe first is 4 ft long and has a head with a flat side and a straight spike (4") that will not stick. I have, in one swing, split a 4"x4" post in two and will go through 6ga. plate steel. My smaller is about 18" long, short, thick spike and a faceted head. It will crush a kevlar helmet like an egg and will pierce a kevlar vest. Will get photos this weekend, we are finishing up the handles this weekend. It is good to know a bladesmith who makes full combat weapons.
  5. keep drinking water or electrolytes. even not being on meds or having no nic in the juice, you will still dehydrate. Eventually, you may want to step down the nic intake. I have gone from 36 to 0 in a year.
  6. I havent heard of any groups, but I know at least 9 people personally who would benefit. I would love to throw money to a local if they had 0 nic juice.
  7. I leave my eVic at home. It is my home kit. The travel kit I have and I carry with me in the Joyetech battery case with some juice in the provided container, a spare battery and 2 clearomizers. For just a walk about town, spare battery, one full clearomizer on my main battery. whenever I have just the eGo batteries, I have a lanyard.
  8. Here is my current whole kit. My "everyday" kit depends on what day it is. I generally only vape in the house on most days, simply because there is a vape ban at work (too long a story, but total BS.) My walkaround kit are generally the eGos and a clearo. My eVic stays by the computer or couch. And yes. that is a S&W .38 SPL +P Airweight. My CC.
  9. Johnson Creek's French Vanilla is the base for Blu's Vanilla. It is now my go-to and every day vape. Just ordered my 2nd batch from them. Best vanilla out there, for me. And I tried way too many to keep track of trying to find the Blu vanilla. I have a soft spot for Blu - was my first, and Vanilla was the one I started with. Cherry was good as well, but not like the Vanilla.
  10. try the Smoke Juice link in the shop, rather than the "Samples"
  11. There are some that are PG, others that are VG. depends on the flavors and such. I think (would need to verify) the Red Oak labled juices are all VG, and standard lable juices are PG.
  12. Now, if you would just stock some 0 nic juice...
  13. Bought yesterday after posting this thread, shipped out already. Instead of 9.95/15ml it is 6.75/15ml. excellent deal.
  14. The biggest thing is giving your palate a few weeks without analogs.
  15. These are good to go right from shipping. Always shake before filling your vape. This is a great time to try them. I have a feeling they will be my good to go. I have tried 20 some vanillas, and Johnson Creek is it, for me. Others say the Vanda is good. And it is, like a creamy vanilla ice cream. But for straight Vanilla, their French Vanilla is my new everyday. Just got 60 ml of it.
  16. Most of you who have read anything by me know I have been looking for my Vanilla. I found it the other week through Johnson Creek's French Vanilla. They are slightly higher than other juice, but I think it is more due to packaging; Glass bottles, Medicine Dropper tops, spare plastic bottles as well as selling at either 15ml or 30ml only. Everything I have tried by them has been top shelf, and they are made in USA juice. However, I just noticed that they are offering 30% off everything on their website. This puts them down with sites like vapedudes and velvetvapors. http://www.johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com Worth the taste.
  17. Each vendor will have their own rates. The Marketplace is just a collection of the stores. Think of it as going to the mall. All different stores under a single roof. What the marketplace did was bring in a bunch of vendors to one site, rather than going to each vendor site seperately. If you order from different stores in different areas of the country, each store will have its own shipping. No way around it. If you went to Site 1 and ordered something, you would get a shipping charge. Now, you want something from Site 2 - who also has a shipping charge. You have to pay for shipping. It doesnt matter that it is going to the same place, it is coming from two different vendors.
  18. Dry mouth you will get no matter what. Vaping will dehydrate you - drink water while vaping, especially if you hit the vape heavy. Vape Dudes are great, if you are patient. There is only one shop I would recommend above them, though they are a little more pricey, and that is Johnson Creek (USA juice FTW). They have the best, hands down, Vanilla I have found to date. They ship out their juice in glass bottles (15ml) with medicine dropper lids and smaller plastic bottles. Worth it, I have found this to be awesome way to send out the juice and the bottles and droppers are reuseable! I would also recommend getting some kind of tank to go with your setup. I use CE4 clearomizers with my Egos and a Vivi Nova with my eVic.
  19. Nice stories. Love them. I smoke mine like I do a pipe or cigar. Pull into my mouth, then inhale (not all the time, tho). Not a HUGE cloud, but good tasting experience for me. That't the point of Vaping. having a good experience for oneself.
  20. Mine was when I went to unscrew my rebuildable clearo CE4 off the battery to put a new battery on and took the tank off instead, juice running all down my hands dripping onto the screen of my iPad. had a screen-protector on it, nothing happened to the iPad, but man... greasy stuff, that juice. I now double-check where I am grabbing the rebuildables every time now.
  21. I got the Vanda as well, but found it less vanilla-like. Still good, but personally, I prefer the French Vanilla over Vanda. But then, it is all personal preference.
  22. I just tried Johnson Creek French Vanilla - my new Favorite. Finally a vanilla that tastes right for me. The only issue with it is their packaging. I love and hate it. I think they could drop the prices if they went with plastic rather than the glass, and didn't have the medicine droppers. However, I love the glass bottles and the medicine droppers. I wish they would make them add-ons. I am glad to have the medicine droppers that fit on the glass bottles. I will keep getting the Vanilla from them. Glass or not.
  23. I use Vodka as well. I started using it because my mind went all "I would not want to drink rubbing alcohol, but vodka is an old friend" and it ended up being a good choice. It really does bring older tanks back from the dead, but eventually, you are just gonna have to buy a new one. Now, if I use up the fluid and go to change out, I dont soak or wait. just pour in some vodka, shake and pour it out. Then fill with fluid.
