The first time I read this I thought it said, "...and then start exploding different avenues." Which could turn out to be true if you're not using an ohm meter. Lol.

I would strongly recommend the Vision Spinner 2 as a variable voltage battery. It's 1600 mAh so it'll last quite some time -- depending on your vaping habits. The Vapor Talk store has them for $29 each, which is about the lowest price for these that I've seen and they're guaranteed not to be knock offs as well. Even after vaping for over two years now, it's still my go-to battery even though I have other more "advanced" mech mods and APVs. There's no such thing as having too many back ups!

So I tried it myself. Using a KPT2 and a brand new stock 1.8 ohm coil. My Provari mini says it's 1.9 ohms. My Evic says it's 2.1 ohms. My iTaste VTR is reading 1.9 ohms. When I put it on a dedicated ohm reader it's reading 1.8 ohms like it's supposed to be (although stock coils are notorious for not being exactly what they're supposed to be). These variations are not surprising as I know better than to trust an APV to read the resistance accurately.

Well, duh. I just went back up and read the first paragraph you wrote...where you said it was a micro tiger coil. See? I should come back and read this more thoroughly when I'm less tired and can pay better attention.

Forgot to add a couple of orders I just got recently from the Vapor Talk store... 2 -- Vision Spinner II 2 -- Nautilus mini 6 -- 5-packs of 1.8 ohm Nautilus mini replacement coils Oh! Almost forgot that I got in 8 more HH.357s in 2.0 ohm. Although the Nautilus mini is a great vape and more than likely the replacement to my HH.357s, I'm not ready to give them up just yet.
