Personally I only tighten until snug but not too tight. That gives me a very consistent reading that's very close to what my Fluke meter says.

Like bcarter I use Vision Spinner I and II with Anyvape Davide mini on top or my HH.357 atomizer with drip shield. I also carry with me my gold Magneto with a full size Anyvape Davide tank with Aerotank airflow controller or the iTaste VTR with the Nautilus mini. Just depends on what flavor I want and what it's on.

I routinely use Panasonic 18650 batteries in my mech mods with 1.5 or 1.8 ohm coils with no problem. Why shouldn't you do this?

Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you, but I'm glad you found something that did.

The first time I ordered from Fuzion I fell in love with one of their juices so I ordered a bigger bottle when the first ran out. The second order somehow didn't taste the same to me and I didn't like it. Later on I found out that Fuzion changed the way they made their juice (PG/VG ratio), and that's why the second order didn't taste the same as the first. Not saying they're bad, they just no longer fit my palate and my preference for a 50/50 blend. The juice I fell in love with was called 'OrangeZilla'. Five Pawns has Queenside, which tastes almost identical to OrangeZilla to me so now I get my fix with them. YMMV.

There's some very good advice from Earthling. I couldn't have said it better.

New to vaping, Questions about my Halo Triton

Adding to Bebop's excellent recommendations, I would go with 1.8 ohm replacement coils. They will work best with your 3.7 volt battery output. -

The 700 mAh 18350 that I use in my Provari mini just doesn't last long enough so I'd be interested in any recs, too. Either that or I need to get my butt in gear and buy the extention already so I can use the 3400 mAh Panasonic 18650s instead.

Well, I heard it was the back room and old mustard bottles. Lol.

You are such an inspiration, I love seeing these posts from you.

You made a few typos. Let me help: Hey this is my first and last time here. Just wanted to say hey good-bye and...

Congrats on your switch to vapor and welcome to Vapor Talk. Bebop just gave you some very good advice. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable people here. Stick around and get to know us.

Do you torch the wire before winding? That helps to take the spring out of the wire so it stays put better when you wind it around the needle or drill bit. Keeping the wire very taut while building also helps keep it from overlapping. Just a thought.

Ha! BirdDog, you beat me to it. I was also going to recommend Mark. Bet he could make something even better than what was in the picture. I love his work.

Using a higher nic juice helps to give me a quick fix when I can't vape for very long. A couple of puffs and I'm good to go for quite some time.

For well over a year now I've been a loyal customer of EC Blends'. For me, they have very low prices yet the quality in the juice with flavors I love and you can customize to your heart's content. That's one example where you get more than your money's worth, IMO. Compenstine's juices at Fadora is another. The prices are low to reasonable and the quality is high. If you get his Signature line, you're going to pay more, but who would complain about paying a little more to get your socks knocked off with EXCELLENT flavor? I love the little bits of spices he adds and all the little things that make it more than worth what you paid.

Well, thanks for the heads up anyway. I've been checking my bank account a little closer than I usually do -- just in case.

Like Bebop said, some atomizers only last a few days while other last much longer. In my experience, some of the bridged atomizers I've tried lasted mere minutes while my HH.357 atomizer (the one I only vape fruit flavors in), is still going strong and it's been over eight months so far. It all depends on what it is, the quality of the build, the type of juice, the ratios of the mix, if the moon is blue, the wind is coming from the west, etc. etc. So many variables play into how long an atomizer can last.
