99 is a little steep for a VVtube, but at a retail store it is expected. You can pick one up at apolloecigs for about 80.
Bombshell looks nice, Depends what button you like to press. I am sure a silver bullet or Bolt could take the same beating. They are all aluminum and made very well. Take your pick, you can't go wrong really in this class of mods. Just depends on what picture makes you happy

Hunger games were epic. Killed em in 29 hours. With 0 sleep, and very minimal doing of anything, seeing as I have almost 0 adult responsibilities it isn't hard to do nothing
Just started the Barsoom series, the inspiration behind the movie John Carter, in which Disney just lost about $150 million bucks. Because they are terrible at advertising. I watched it 4 times in the same day...granted the Box Office only saw me pick up one ticket. It was amazing though.
Soon to Get into the Game of thrones books by HG wells.
Also, mix up a MENTHOL liquid. I just started adding tobacco absolut to my menthol, this is getting awesome.
Alas, I still have to buy my All day vape...I cannot replicate the house menthol from VaporCrave...I DON'T GET IT.

Tanning of liquids is perfectly normal. As things steep and age they go rather quickly. When the supplier takes the original nic filled liquid out it has been in an airtight, dark, sealed container for awhile. They hold their life really well in amber glass, but as soon as they hit large amounts of atmosphere, and light, they change quickly. The cheap plastic they are in is also NOT intended for long term freezing or storage of 1+ years. Longer than that and the compounds will most likely leach plastic.

Just picked one up, durable, under 40 bucks, throw a 18650 extender if you want to use 18650's otherwise the 18500 it comes with is great as well. Use a LR fitting and you are all set to vape all day and all night. Small enough for a pocket, but big enough to last.
The SB is probably a better choice if you have the funds, but this is functional, and durable.

@Monkey Personally, I would like to say I am pretty ballsy. BUT, I would not mess with pure nic. You might be able to save some more cash that way...but when Nic isn't bound to a carrier, like PG/VG, it is extremely quick to be absorbed into your skin, and possibly deadly.
60mg of nicotine is considered a deadly dose, but when you get even 100mg/ml premixed liquid on your skin, you have a FEW seconds. With pure it is almost instant, and very very scary to me. With lower nics, like 24 and below, you have even longer, and less potential for hazard.
If you have ever had slight nicotine overdose, from vaping too much, too quickly, to high of a nic strenght, you know what I mean. REALLY SCARY.
I would go with the premixed, every time. Pure nic is just TOO much of a risk. Most people say anything over 50mg/ml is too much of a risk, and I would agree. If you don't have gloves/apron/plenty of protective equipment, don't mess with anything over 50mg/ml.
DON'T EVER VAPE ANYTHING OVER 36mg/ml, and that is ONLY for super high users. I was a 2PAD smoker, and with 24mg/ml I am more than satisfied.
@twelveday The BEST way to start DIY, pick up a few flavorings you think you could add to your current liquids, and play with them a bit. I like my blueberry liquids to have some pomegrante in them, but that isn't really possible from many vendors at a cheap price. So I buy cheap blueberry liquid at my 24ml/mg strength, and add some extra blueberry and some pomegrante. I would recommend:
2-3 flavors you think you will like in 6ml or lower sizes,
a 3-6ml syringe,
some empty 5ml bottles, unless you have extra from stuff you have previously vaped.
This way you can doctor up whatever flavors you currently have and see if you enjoy it. For under 15 bucks you can pick all this up at just about any DIY site.

Jalapeno sounds epic. I want to add that to an ice cream flavor and see how that works. Certainly picking up Jalapeno. Maybe try to make a sunchip Jalapeno Jack recipe...that would be awesome.

I am now MUCH MORE experienced in DIY. I love it so much. So much money saved vs buying juice from vendors. Not to say I don't buy juice from vendors...but if you WANTED to save money...you could...in theory...but I haven't...because I love wasting my money on something I can easily jusify in my head. Like NOT smoking
When I initially got started into Ecigs, I picked up an Ego-C, and then a LT, and cartos, and 510 attys for dripping, and then I dropped about 350-400 bucks on Ejuice and DIY supplies.
I have metric butt tons of juice, and 100ml/mg unflavored, and lots of pg, and all sorts of fun to poke around with. But really, you don't need to do that. I went balls deep because it was something I thought would be fun. Since I have 200 ml of my unflavored frozen, along with 300 ml of pg, and 200 ml of VG. All frozen in my freezer, so it stays potent and lasts FOREVER!
I now just carry a 5ml bottle of base juice, and mix directly into my Ego-C tank
I just open the tank, pour in some of my flavor, currently a fixed up blueberry (I added about 20 more drops of blueberry to my 4.5 ml's of blueberry, to super juice the flavor, and then about 5 drops of my 50 mg/ml liquid, so it stayed about the same strenght.
Now I carry that, with my 5ml SUPER MENTHOL PG base (about 5-10 methol crystals dissolved in PG.) and my pomegrante flavoring. So I have 3 small bottles and can do DIY on the road/at work/wherever I start running low, and I can customize the menthol/pomegrante/base levels to my current desire. Makes vaping a lot more fun for me.
I enjoy the tinkering. Some don't.
I will be throwing up some more recipes asap, I have a long list of them, but haven't yet had them at work...and I never have time at home, so hell. Pralines and cream, and creme de menthe with whipped cream are EXCELLENT.

2 650 egos, 2 prefilled boge 2.0 or ressurector cartos, one menthol, one fruity, LT mini, 2 Ego-C's setup with fruity juice and menthol juice.
I carry the egos and LT mini in my front shirt pocket, and the extras that are not in use in my brief case, this is everywhere with me. Chargers are in the briefcase, which is in my car or with me.

I use a 510-Ego adapter on my VVLT and it works fine, the 510 connection isn't recessed any more than most standard connections right? That is how the pictures look to me. Maybe someone will have one at Vapebash this friday

There are more people who smoke in China than there are people in the United States...that is obscene, 320 million.
Also, a city in Poland has a smoking rate of almost 50%. The highest in the world.
Astounding that 35% of men, 25% of women, still smoke in the U.S. with no state in the U.S with less than a 10% smoking rate.

tastyvapor.us does a fine job.
vaporcrave.com has a house blend menthol that I freaking love. but many of the flavors there are mass produced, such as the grape/vanilla and such. I only recommend his house blends.
alien visions is an excellent choice as well, Bobas Bounty and Gorilla Juice are some favorites

Quite interesting. I have to assume it regulates the same as the Ego batteries.
I will probably pick up one just because it seems awesome. Also, the Ego-C upgrade battery looks good, functions as a regular JoyeTech Ego, and as a unregulated straight batt voltage battery, so like 4.1 down to 3.3 I would assume?

Possibly just low quality cartos? Does this happen every time right after you fill and start using it, or does it creep up on you after awhile?
Does it happen with all of the cartos? Even if you move to a new carto?
If you can safely rule out the cartos, then it might be a good idea to make sure your batteries are firing at the right voltage. If you have a multimeter you can check it pretty easily, but the chances that this happened to multiple batteries is REALLY REALLY REALLY slim.
If you use the cartos on multiple batteries and get the same problem it has to be the cartos then...

lol. I used to use a Blu 3 piece setup back in the day, and they shipped their atty's the same way. It looked like a carto, but it was really just an atty. These were 808 I THINK, but I experienced the same noob momentitis you mention when I tried to fill that carto and just dripped everywhere due to there being no polyfill in the "carto".

It sounds like your carto is done for, switch it out, or just make sure there is enough liquid in your carto. That should fix it for you.
If you are looking for an upgrade there are many options depending on your price point and what you like astheticly.
From typical Stick type batteries/the 808 type that I believe you have, e cig users go to a fatt batt type of cig. Ego or other brand depending on your finances.
An Ego (650) can last most people about 8-12 hours, hit that with a Boge 2.0 carto can last a week or more of fairly heavy vaping, and you have some of the most reliable gear out there.

Well, I plan on mixing quite a bit for the box...oh god I love mixing
and I do have a few samplers from Sweet-Vapes that I didn't care for, the bakery sampler I picked up wasn't my favorite, but someone else should like the Boston cream pie and sugar cookie, they are delicious, just not my style.
The tobacco menthol sampler wasn't my favorite either. I got the desert ship, camel, and 3 others, that I will never use...apparently I am not a tobacco vaper...I just love my blueberry/pomegrante.
I don't have a lot in the way of PV's though, but I wouldn't take one without having one of equal value to trade back to the box
I really have to ask. KETCHUP E LIQUID?!?! who in the hell is responsible for that?!?! I fear the world may be ending...

I dropped about 200 on DIY stuff my first month in. I will probably NEVER have to buy Nic juice again. Spent 50 bucks on a 100mg/ml 250ml bottle, cut it to 50mg. Plenty of Pg and VG, all frozen (or mostly, cuz they don't really "freeze" they just harden) in 50ml bottles. The flavorings I can pick up at hobby lobby for a buck or two to test out, and then pick up whatever I want. Cost savings is huge over the life if you are smart.
$15 per 30ml, assuming two a month, once you find your flavor is $30 a month at minimum.
Making your own, of course if an upfront cost, but now I spend $15 because I want too at hobby lobby, just for fun. I could not buy anything for a long time. and 200/FOREVER, or even 2 years for a conservative number comes to less than $10 a month. And even vaping incredibly heavily, along with flavorings. You still save money.
All of the above assumes that you are capable of finding a flavor that you can make yourself that you can vape all day. If you favorite flavor is Bobas Bounty....then your SOL.
