I assume the powers that be will just add vaping to the smoking ban with an added definition.

Wow, imagine that. New York has a judge who has common sense, does research to get facts before handing down judgements, and also has a thorough understanding of the English language. Wonders never cease.

I think it is good news, for now. I see them rewriting this to fit the agenda. I hope not, I hope this is a indication that the truth is finally getting its due notice.
