Dang. That red is sweet! It is Texas Tech colors... I would get cracked over the head and someone would steal it around here!

I have always wanted a Hana in red, but they have always been more money than I wanted to spend on a single mod. They are coming down in price, but still not where I want them yet. They are $99 for a DNA30... https://www.hanamodz.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=66&zenid=66549ef12ad71e9dcf829b86a49e2d3c but it is just like buying a computer at Dell. I start with the $199 and end up with a $1999 computer. Here is the one I would end up buying: https://www.hanamodz.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=67&products_id=183&zenid=66549ef12ad71e9dcf829b86a49e2d3c I am going to have to put all of my credit cards in the freezer, and close my paypal account.

nice work....maybe you can make a little side biz out of it. custom wraps

I love my ipv mini but some freaky art work might make it a bit more attractive

I do like the freaky art work! I am just too "plain jane" to carry it with me. I would really like a vinyl cutter to make the custom wraps, but this is my mechanical/industrial side coming out! I am fascinated with anything CNC related. I love rapid prototyping of any kind. We make a lot of gaskets/parts on our waterjet(s) and we sub out some laser/plasma work depending on finish quality needed. It is so cool to be on the road, with the customer, email a drawing to the shop and have a finished product in the customers hand the next day.

so where did yu get the material to wrap? did u take the units apart to wrap em?

I got it from a chineese vendor on Amazon. It got better reviews than the 3m and it was cheap. I bought the black it was about a 2 foot by 6 foot roll. It seems to be higher quality than the stuff I got from J-Wrap (white).

I didn't take them apart to wrap them. I took the door off of the ipv3 and I only did the sides. I used the angled chrome part to lay my razorblade on to make the cuts. If you keep the blade at the right angle and go slow it will only cut the vinyl while skimming the edge of the box. The Sigelei mini I completely wrapped the 3 sides (the back side is the battery door) I left about a 1/2" overhang on top and bottom. I pressed it flat as hard as I could and it made the seams at the top and bottom and around the buttons and screen visible. I then took a razor and gently cut them out. It takes a fairly steady hand, but the edges kind of guide you. It is harder to explain than it really was doing it.

This really makes me want to build a real carbon fiber box to do a custom build. I have never worked with carbon fiber, but I have done a lot of fiberglass work. Many of the pieces on our airplanes were fiberglass and birds like cropdusters...lol

Here is where I got the white one: http://www.jwraps.com/ Their site shows that they do custom ones. I do not know about their other products, but the one I bought from them is not as high of quality as the Chinese black sheet I bought from amazon. It fit good, but not as thick or heavy duty.

http://www.vaporskinz.com/ also shows custom design.
