I still get a surprising unexpected urge when I just happen to glance at the display at someplace like 7-11 .... all those pretty packs lined up behind the register. Then I just vape a couple of hits and all is fine. And 30 days is really a milestone. I remember well. And the health effects just keep getting better and better in baby steps, but suddenly you notice things like just running up a few flights of stairs and not being the least winded.
