is it possable to sub ohm vape .13 ohm with out cloud chasing

ok by the topic what i meen is i built my mephisto at .13 ohms but im wanting to use it at work to get my nic fix

Stealth vape: smaller battery with tank set up with 70/30 or higher pg/vg juice to reduce fog but still deliver the nic.

Using a higher nic juice helps to give me a quick fix when I can't vape for very long. A couple of puffs and I'm good to go for quite some time.

Ya I'm vaping 10mg now on a .13 coil lol 3 twisted 28 gauge wire dual coil set up in my mephisto setting on my nemesis

For me I would say no but nothing is impossible I guess. For me to go that low with a build I'd need a ton of airflow and low nic and PG content so it didn't fry my lungs and throat. So with that setup of low coil resistance, a lot of airflow, and high VG juice it's just inevitable I'm going to get big clouds even with quick pulses.
