Weiner Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 OK I went ahead and ordered the Provari. Why would anyone buy a mod that can only operate at 1 voltage is beyond me!! What are you guys using on them and what voltage do you use?
Jeffb Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 I use it at 4 volts with the dual coil cartos. I use it at 4.7 with a standard res Joye atty.
Burn Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 4.3-4.7v depending on what I have in there, I agree, wouldn't use a non regulated battery again.
Christopher Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 I usually vape around 4.1 - 4.2. That's the sweet spot for me
Mark Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 4.2v w/ a 2.8 ohm map tank filled with Vapor Talk Grape soda.
Brian Posted July 2, 2011 Posted July 2, 2011 GP SSR tank at 4.2V for the past 10 days. Before that I was using an eGo tank at 4.1V and a regular 510 at 4.9V.
Ksnowman Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 GP SSR tank at 4.2V for the past 10 days. Before that I was using an eGo tank at 4.1V and a regular 510 at 4.9V. I have not seen the eGo tank first hand. Does it require an adapter to use on the ProVari?
Brian Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 I have not seen the eGo tank first hand. Does it require an adapter to use on the ProVari? Yes. You can use a 510-eGo adapter, or you can couple a 510 to 801 with an 801 to 510. GP has them for $0.99. They went up to $1.99, but looks like they're on sale. http://shop.goodprophets.com/product.sc?productId=89&categoryId=38
