  1. Volcano does have exclusive rights in the United States. They are already on it. They know the name of the company over-seas that is selling to Vaporgalaxy and are going to take care of it. Might turn out to be a simple matter or maybe a court case, who knows. Vaporgalaxy charges more and offers a lousy warranty besides.
  2. Ya, I got an email notice from them. No Lavatube logo to wear off of the Galaxy Mod too. LOL I've noticed that some Lavatubes and some of the Galaxy VV Mods are coming with all black buttons. I guess its because the chrome and red paint was comin off the small buttons.
  3. Volcano has these with a kit and also the Lavatube by itself now.
  4. KGO's aren't sold as eGo's. They have an eGo 510 connector though. The website says that the KGO's won't charge on Joye "Brand" chargers. I don't know why. I have an eGo charger and it charges them fine. I think that any standard 4.2 VDC 420mA eGo charger will work.
  5. I see what you're saying. I have had a few eGo's in the time I've been vaping. All have had chrome bands, hard plastic buttons with white LED's behind them, all sold as eGo's. Nothing I've ever gotten actually said Joye on the batteries or charger or the box. Just the eGo name. As far as I know, they might have been made by Joye, maybe not. They have all lasted a long time now, except for one battery in the beginning. I just recently tried the KGO 1100mAh battery. SLB is the manufacturer I think. I loaned out my eGo 900mAh to a friend, so I thought I'd try these KGO's at 1100mAh. They have a chrome band but have a soft rubber button and a blue LED behind the button. They work great so far. Only time will tell if they are as good as the eGo's I've been purchasing.
  6. They mean the actual Joye "Brand" charger made by Joye. I have an eGo charger that came with my eGo's and it charges my eGo's and my KGO's. So you're good to go, unless you have a JOYE MANUFACTURED CHARGER. I've bought the clear Smok Tech XL dual coil cartomizers and also the eGo Mega dual coil cartomizers. Both have a risk of cracking, if you're not careful with them. I haven't had any problems with them but I gave an XL to a friend of mine and he had his eGo in his pants pocket and it cracked the clear cartomizer right at the base near the metal connector.
  7. http://hoosierecigsupply.com/Ego-Dual-coil-from-Smok-Tech-15ohm-HEC049.htm This is where I buy my clear dual coils. They also have KGO 1100mAh batteries that work great. The eGo MEGA's are pretty cheap here too. Hope this helps!
  8. Tasty Vapor Kretek 24mg 90PG/10VG with a KGO 1100mAH battery and a 1.5 Ohm Smok Tech clear dual coil cartomizer. Big-bore cone will fit around the XL clear cartomizer.
  9. Pump carts from gotvapes dot com is the only thing I know of. I don't think they work that well though. I've seen one or two good reviews but mostly bad reviews.
  10. No nonvolatile memory when the power/battery is completely disconnected. As long as it keeps the presets when the battery is in, its ok!
  11. I gave my pre-order email to another Volcano forum member that couldn't get on the pre-order list. Decided to wait and see if I can get a Lavatube with a blue back-light from over-seas. Made a fellow vaper happy too!
  12. Volcano Ecigs Facebook update - For customers who pre-ordered the LavaTube- Looks like the 2nd set of batteries are coming in today. DHL lost original package. We will be sending out emails at about 2-4pm Hawaii time. 7-9pm EST once we confirm shipment...You want to pay attention to your emails, because you will have limited time to buy if your on the pre-order list. Also, we may be able to get some shipped today if bought right away.
  13. Personally I don't like how ya have to push buttons so many times on the provari to get to the correct menu. It's fancier than the Lavatube but not something I'd want to own, especially at the high price. I'll be more than happy with the Lavatube!
  14. Has anyone heard anything negative about the LavaTube, except that some people don't like it automatically switching down to a lower voltage while using LR atomizers/LR Cartomizers at too high of a voltage? That's not really a negative to me. I am looking forward to getting mine! :)
  15. Hey, that's cool! VERY glad it worked out! AWESOME!
  16. I've never used drip shields before. I don't know anything about them, but I've seen some at avidvaper dot com if that helps.
  17. RESEND again. Some additional openings are expected. Thats what the Volcano/LavaTube forum says.
  18. I got an email from Volcano and I'm on the pre-order list for the first shipment. Whenever that comes in. I did another search and found one under another name. It looks nice and the customer service rep told me that they will be ordering some with different back-light colors. Its a place in Portugal so the shipping would be costly I'm sure.
  19. All my stuff sits for several extra days in KC every-single-time I order anything. Thought one order was lost since tracking said it was still in KC after 6-7 days. Midwest USPS sucks! Waiting on two orders that are stuck sitting in KC right now. Good luck with your orders though!
  20. Good price. Hope it comes sooner than later. Sounds like everyone is waiting, wanting to pre-order or waiting to get a pre-ordered one.
  21. Blue screen Provari. That sounds cool. I got on the pre-order list for the Lavatube. Thats what the email I got says anyway. I might get one with a red LCD back-light. Might not. The Lavatube got a good review from Scott on youtube though. Kinda thinking about waiting to see if a blue back-light comes later on. After all the fuss is over with.
  22. Nobody even answered my request. Guess it's "Goodbye to my BLUE LCD back-light" for now! Pissed!
  23. Great article! Thanks for posting this!
  24. His video on hole punching the cartomizer looks good too!
