[ProSmoke HELP!]

So I convinced my mom to try vaping and she ordered the ProSmoke Deluxe kit because she wanted to go with an ecig offering 100%vg. So she got it, watched some videos showing how to use and people blowing out a good amount of vapor. So she set hers up, primed it and there is little to no vapor! She wrote to ProSmoke and they replied with the typical troubleshooting suggestions ; however,nothing has remedied the issue.

Has anyone had any experience with this product and/or suggestions that may help. Anything at this point would be awesome and very much appreciated! Thanks!
