On a related note there were two local news segments here tonight on two different stations.One was slightly more positive than the other but they both came off as fairly positive. Of course they have to play up anything negative so they can keep the infotainment hype going. We all know (or should) there's no such thing as real news on tv anymore.

There are FB sites, news clippings, ... I'm just learning all this, due to a mad as hell hermit who has to buy a new EPA certified wood stove with ,05 decimals less smoke output from the one he has already. Crazy regulations.. Getting everyone distracted... To the point we have UNITED to speak up.

Haha, the more I learn, the more hyped I get!

When your kid begs you to stop smoking, there are not a lot of questions they ask. My son is thankful every day that I and my wife both are approaching 6 months tobacco free. He understands this is a much much safer substitute and based on studies I have read and independent research I feel completely comfortable vaping around him.

It may not be "cheap" but its definitely cheaper than smoking. I am about $1200 to the good over the last 6 months all things considered. I kept track of every order in an email folder and did the math. My savings in my ticker are x2 plus some since my wife smoked more than I did and we both switched to vaping at the same time.

I love it. The only modification I've made was to open up the air hole slightly using a dental pick because it was just a little too small. Other than that, it's been a real pleasure to use.

You won't be sorry. I'm gonna be buying a couple more in different colors soon.

After speaking to my daughters respiratory specialist, my husband and I were told that vaping poses little to no dangers to her even with her breathing issues. (she was born premature and her lungs are still a little weak a year latter) So yes we both vape around the children.

I plan on doing a full review this weekend, but I can tell you now that it works as advertised, it's incredibly lightweight, and the only thing easier than pressing the fire button would be willing it on...it's that smooth.

I going to try it out for a few days to see if there are any unforeseen surprises in store for me, but if not, I see several of these (in various colors, of course) in my very near future.

I really cannot believe that this is a sub-$50 hybrid.

So how are you making out with this after a few weeks? Almost pulled the trigger thursday night.

For $45 its not a bad start towards an affordable hybrid!!! My finger has been on the trigger since I saw it a couple weeks ago.....

But, like Uma, I'm hesitant.....at least until I see a couple reviews. I'm also wary of the anodized aluminum, as some people have had problems with their Octopus caps bleeding the anodized color into the juice they were using. Though, that can be sanded down.....but it leaves the raw, porous metal exposed.

The only thing I'm having a hard time with is making the coil for the ohms I want. I made a 3ohm coil... I wanted a 2.5.... Lol
