Yes the cart is on it. You can drip on that kind of atty. Thats not the tank atty as is shown in the first pic.

You can take out the stuffing and rinse and re use it. Using the carts isnt a great juice delivery method. Most people just drip directly on the atty, take the stuffing out of the cart and vape away.

There is no such thing as VW. Different wattages can only be achieved by adjusting volts or ohms. Wattage itself cannot be directly adjusted.
