  1. I hear ya...I do enjoy spending time, like hunting...but not? But that is indeed the downfall...you order three times more than what you started to find! You find a cheap deal on Ego batts, and then someone is selling a mod for 12% off, so you pick that up, and then you finally get back to the liquid you wanted...and you order 5 more 6ml samples because they were $1 off...and you then read that they offer free shipping at $100, and you are at 86...but no, those $14 could be spent on supplies and get FREE SHIPPING!!! So you pop another 3 samples in, and hit 106$. so now you are $20 bucks over what you didn't even need in the first place! I may have went too far in that paragraph...but you get the picture.
  2. Premade juices usually run 10-20 bucks a 30 ml bottle. I can make the same for 3.5 bucks or less, talk about markup Then again some of them you just can't remake...you get hooked on one and you pay for it But, as a retailer, when you are online there are a lot of people out there with money to blow, who don't do research, or just want that product bad enough that they pay huge prices. Of course I am a cheapo, so I look until I have bags under my eyes before I actually get out my card.
  3. Everything can blow up, but I think the risk is minimal even with the buzzing. I personally wouldn't worry about it. Just my 2cents.
  4. 3.6 regulated sounds fun. How is the battery life with the Boges?
  5. my freedom smokes is running a pretty decent special right now. They are my go to. Pick up some empty bottles...you can never have too many really Blunt syringe is a good idea gloves would be worth a thought blueberry and pomegrante flavors, if you swing that way That amount of Liquid will last you a very long time. Money well spent in my opinion.
  6. Looking for kits that are automatic, and produce decent vapor? It doesn't have to be amazing, but I would like it to have the following conditions: PCC included Automatic Small enough to hang from mouth and vape, aka hands free Produce decent vapor Refillable cartos are preferred. I am looking for something like blu, but preferably with more refill friendly cartos. Any ideas? I just want to be able to hang a cig from my mouth while at work on the computer, and puff clouds up as hotel guests walk by at night.
  7. So long as no beeping occurs then you are ok I think? The beeping would be counting down like a bomb. Bomb bad. It may just be the LED? Lightbulbs make buzzy noises sometimes?
  8. It loads quickly, but on this work computer...which is constantly running some programs, but has considerable processing power, it is choppy scrolling, but still readable and functioning. With the sexi Katherine being my favorite part Now we need to convert Taylor Swift. FYI this is on IE 7 running windows 95...so it is a little dated.
  9. Deal, Free ebook on DIY is now officially in the works. I hope I can write better via book than I do here. Imma hire kitsune as my editor, and all of you kids as my test puppets AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAMAWAHHAHAHA! Seriously, Imma do it.
  10. I feel like you are in the exact same place I was three months ago. I started with Blu, went back to smoking for 8 months, and then found my Ego-C, and then moved from there knowing what I liked and didn't like about the Ego-C. Here is my advice. After using the Ego-C for about 3 months now I still love it. It produces a great vapor, and I have never had a real problem with it. Atties are tempermental, and the LR ones are better for a hotter burn, but it depends on your juice. If I were to do it over, I would start with a cartomizer kit, and I probably never would have found the Ego-C or bothered with it. And I would have been happy. The Ego-C is awesome, but I would pick up something like a Kgo Carto kit from Sweet-vapes.com if I could go back and do it again, just because the kGo isn't regulated, I discovered I don't care for the regulated type of vape. It really isn't a huge difference, but it is noticeable. My final solution as of this moment, I ended up with a Bolt MOD PV using 18650 batteries. I am currently using a Ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer on it. 100% PG blueberry Freeze juice. This setup would run you less than an Ego-C and might be a way to go if you want to jump in. I would highly reccommend the Ego-C to you. It is a great unit, and assuming you aren't an idiot you will vape it just fine. You will want an Ego type battery at some point, so why not start there and get a hang of things?
  11. Thanks guys. I just really love it. All of it. So happy to be free.
  12. If it's between those two items, the Tank kit. I would advise against the Ego-T at this point simply because the attys can be toublesome, more so than a tank IMO. If I were on a $60 dollar budget and wanted a highly mobile, and very good experience I would pick this up: http://www.sweet-vapes.com/shop?page=shop.product_details&flypage=vmj_color_plus.tpl&product_id=936&category_id=31 Cheaper, better, faster, stronger. I have had friends pick this kit up, and it is excellent.
  13. Sweet-Vapes.com for vision clearos and the best juice money can buy. Backups, backups, backups and more backups. I always have a 650mah Ego with me, and one in the car. As well as my Main PV on me, with an extra battery, 5ml of juice, and an extra carto. I also keep a 510 atty with me and a different kind of juice, but these are just for fun.
  14. I honestly don't know, and this is just my two cents on it. I ordered mine from the most reputable site I could, and simply paid the little extra markup for a large quantity. This way I KNOW that it is quality. I don't want to cheap out and end up with something bad. You most likely won't find too much evil, but some could cut it to 18 and market it as 24, and get away with it for a long time because so few of us do test our nic... not many would notice enough to really catch on.
  15. *DISCLAIMER* Before I get all excited, I have to admit that I have had a few analogs in this time period, but for approx. 30 days I have not had a single analog. So this is both 100 days vaping, and 30 days without smoking. On with the yelling and screaming. As of this very moment of posting I have 100 days and 0 hours, 600 dollars saved, and 1500 analogs avoided. I am realistically at 200 dollars saved (total cost invested about $400), and probably 1470 analogs avoided. WOOOOOO!!!! I BEAT YOU YOU DIRTY DIRTY STIX!!!! ahahhahahahahah I am very happy to have found this community, and want to thank you all for contributing a large part of the reason that I have been successful, even if you are a nonposting member, or a guest lurker, and have never posted. Thank you! Smoking is officially something I never want to do again, but I am sure I will one day and I won't care! Why?! Because I know I don't need to ever again be controlled by a terribly deadly addiction. The setup that has gotten me to this point? JoyeTech Ego-C 650 mah, LR atties, and Ressurectors. House blend menthol 24mg from Vaporcrave My newest and most favoritest setup? SmokTech Bolt Mod with AW IMR 18650s and Ressurectors. Ego-C is now backup. I like the C for flavor more, but the draw is just a bit too tight to beat the Ressurectors. House blend menthol 24mg from Vaporcrave Thanks for letting me rant. Love you guys.
  16. Of course smok will make a proprietary Provari cloneish, go figure, eh? I will wait and buy the REAL provari. Love me cheap, but love me quality in Ecigs more. EDIT *After re reading this is terribly off topic?* Sorry, I get frustrated sometimes... China is simply going through their "industrial revolution" on a billion plus person scale. With that kind of competition for jobs they can offer lower wages and lower working conditions. The US simply has minimum wage, tarrifs, and too high of an "entitlement" society to compete at this point. Quality is paramount in E-cigs, but when it comes to numbers, we lose. I love my country, but we gotta fix some things quick. Standards of living are going to fall, simply because companies are realizing that they can pay a college kid 30k a year and get someone who is "better" than many of their current, stuck in their ways employees. Anyone who had their job before 2000 and has gotten raises every year is on the chopping block. I am watching it happen at my company, as well as many, many others.
  17. MODS? Tanks? It is up to you! I did the same as you are slowly tapered down cigs, and then when I felt ready, quit completely. It is on your own time. If you are down to just 5 from 40 you are doing EXTREMELY well. That is awesome. Props for that. From a kGO ask yourself what is your vaping experience lacking? Do you find yourself charging too often?(Big Batt Mod) Needing to fill too much?(Tank or larger Carto, like the vision kit recommended Not getting enough volume or throat hit? (Higher voltage, or lower resistance.) You can be picky and look for the perfect vape. It is out there, you just have to find it. I love my 3.7 unregulated mod with LR fittings, but many prefer High Voltage with SR stuff, as it can produce a warmer vapor. Vaping is wild, exciting, and you can really do anything with electricity!
  18. VG will typically be labelled as just Glycerine at the pharmacy. It is the same.
  19. Weld it. Weld it to the trunk of your car. But seriously if you have contacted seller you are on track. Backups backups backups for your backups!
  20. I dropped about 200 on DIY stuff my first month in. I will probably NEVER have to buy Nic juice again. Spent 50 bucks on a 100mg/ml 250ml bottle, cut it to 50mg. Plenty of Pg and VG, all frozen (or mostly, cuz they don't really "freeze" they just harden) in 50ml bottles. The flavorings I can pick up at hobby lobby for a buck or two to test out, and then pick up whatever I want. Cost savings is huge over the life if you are smart. $15 per 30ml, assuming two a month, once you find your flavor is $30 a month at minimum. Making your own, of course if an upfront cost, but now I spend $15 because I want too at hobby lobby, just for fun. I could not buy anything for a long time. and 200/FOREVER, or even 2 years for a conservative number comes to less than $10 a month. And even vaping incredibly heavily, along with flavorings. You still save money. All of the above assumes that you are capable of finding a flavor that you can make yourself that you can vape all day. If you favorite flavor is Bobas Bounty....then your SOL.
  21. 99 is a little steep for a VVtube, but at a retail store it is expected. You can pick one up at apolloecigs for about 80. Bombshell looks nice, Depends what button you like to press. I am sure a silver bullet or Bolt could take the same beating. They are all aluminum and made very well. Take your pick, you can't go wrong really in this class of mods. Just depends on what picture makes you happy
  22. Hunger games were epic. Killed em in 29 hours. With 0 sleep, and very minimal doing of anything, seeing as I have almost 0 adult responsibilities it isn't hard to do nothing Just started the Barsoom series, the inspiration behind the movie John Carter, in which Disney just lost about $150 million bucks. Because they are terrible at advertising. I watched it 4 times in the same day...granted the Box Office only saw me pick up one ticket. It was amazing though. Soon to Get into the Game of thrones books by HG wells. Also, mix up a MENTHOL liquid. I just started adding tobacco absolut to my menthol, this is getting awesome. Alas, I still have to buy my All day vape...I cannot replicate the house menthol from VaporCrave...I DON'T GET IT.
  23. Tanning of liquids is perfectly normal. As things steep and age they go rather quickly. When the supplier takes the original nic filled liquid out it has been in an airtight, dark, sealed container for awhile. They hold their life really well in amber glass, but as soon as they hit large amounts of atmosphere, and light, they change quickly. The cheap plastic they are in is also NOT intended for long term freezing or storage of 1+ years. Longer than that and the compounds will most likely leach plastic.
  24. Bolt PV via CCV http://www.crystalclearvaping.com/The-Bolt-PV_c_38.html Just picked one up, durable, under 40 bucks, throw a 18650 extender if you want to use 18650's otherwise the 18500 it comes with is great as well. Use a LR fitting and you are all set to vape all day and all night. Small enough for a pocket, but big enough to last. The SB is probably a better choice if you have the funds, but this is functional, and durable.
