Battery issues

So, I recently purchased a Smok Al85 mod. It came with an 18650 3.7V battery. Its worked perfectly these last couple weeks. I went to charge it yesterday and today, and it wont go anywhere past 46%. Not only that, but even when off of the charger, it still says the battery is charging (even though it clearly isnt). If someone could help me pinpoint this issue, it would be a great help.
