Movkin Disguiser low voltage issue

Using fresh/new batteries, the device is telling me that the voltage is to low and It won't fire. Same thing happens using a different pair of batteries.

Any advice for ways to fix this?

Tell me exactly what batteries you are using and also what tank you are using and what size/type of coil you have.
