Our local station had a story tonight about e-cigs. To their credit, their "expert" said that many of the explosions are due to people charging their batteries with the wrong chargers, that they need some knowledge of Ohm's Law, and should always practice safety first. Too bad that's a minority opinion in the news world these days.

With the sub-Ω craze and all the high-output mods available now, it's about time someone comes up with a safer alternative to lithium batteries.

The editor must have been in a coma or on vacation... how dare anyone allow the truth to be aired on the news!?  Agents of Big Tobacco are probably disposing of the bodies of the reporter and the "expert" before sunrise :)

Found this on CNN, It just makes me wonder what was he using.... Did he follow safety... Was it Mech, Box Mod, EGo style...? There is just too little information.

"... found him with his face covered in soot and he was foaming at the mouth, gasping for air..."

Yeah, something about this doesn't seem kosher...
