I've been watching football dvds all night.

I can't take much more of this.

you guys must think you got the looniest, kookiest new member in the world.....

9 hours since I first talked about my insomnia on the 21st.

If I get more than 3-5 hours sleep a night, I'm probably dead... lol

Insomnia is not uncommon during the Holidays, so don't feel too badly. But, I have to ask... are you vaping high Nicotine% late into the evening? I noticed my sleep was less restful (if I slept) when I was vaping 18mg right before bedtime. Now I drop to 6 or 3mg an hour or two before I plan to sleep, and I'm sleeping much more restful (even though still only 3-5 hours a night).

Earthling, I am...but I gotta say I've never slept well to begin with.

I just ordered some juice that was 0-6mg of nic for the evenings.

Moving to a lower Nicotine juice has helped me immensely! Now, instead of waking up, feeling like I just fell asleep 10-min ago, I feel much more rested in the mornings... and that says a lot, since I'm NOT a morning person :D

Have you tried putting the e-cig aside for a few hours before "bedtime"? That would help get some of the nic out of your system. If you need to take a few draws, do, but make a conscious effort not to vape before bed. Maybe that might help?

I'll try...but those hours througout the entire night I'm not vaping. I may take a few puffs before bed, but the next 9 hours of lying there, I'm not vaping.

I mean, you're talking to a guy that can drink a coffee and go to bed,
