Joshuab3687 Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Just picked up a Nimbus clone and was just wondering if anyone else has/had one. My trouble is that the hole in the center post is so small that I can't get build dual coils on it. Can the holes in the posts be drilled just a bit larger or will I risk damaging it? I'd like to be able to get two 28ga through the center post.

Rcam1977 Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 i just ordered a Nimbus Clone as well, still waiting it to come from Slow Tech, so i cant comment on drilling out the holes, but i would think you could get replacement screws form ce Hardware or Lowes.

If they aint got it they dont make it lol
Joshuab3687 Posted March 14, 2014 Author Posted March 14, 2014 I think I'm gonna stay with the allen screws. They dont seem to back off when building. Since the cloned posts are crome plated brass, they are easy to drill out bigger for duals and quads. Vispera 1

Happy Vapor Posted March 16, 2014 Posted March 16, 2014 I prefer the allen screws as well. Like Josh said I don't seem to have the problem with them backing out on me.
