Patricia Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Did yall see where North Carolina is fixing to ban the sale of E-Cigs on the internet? Just when I find something that really helped me quit smoking. I live in a small town in Georgia, only 2 little tobacco shops for me to shop from locally. .
