  1. I vape in my home while alone.  when my family is here I go into my bedroom for the occasional hit, but I turn on the ceiling fan so it dissipates quickly and isnt noticed.  I dont do it in my car with my family.  My wife hates these things, but agrees they are more acceptable than my cigars were.  My kids are constantly asking me if I was baking since I am vaping mostly custards and sweet smelling juices...   I dont avoid them out of safety reasons, just not trying to flaunt it in their faces.

As to working nights...  Yea, that took a toll on my family.  did that for 6 years.  when I was home and trying to sleep they were always trying to be quiet for me and my kids at the time were 3 and 7.  ever try to keep boys that age quiet all day long while its rainy and cold outside?

  2. Taz, go to WallyWorld. They sell a pair of neddle tip Fiskars for around 12 bucks. I could snip a single hair off a frogs butt right to its skin without it ever knowing. Rubber handles and spring loaded also, so no slipping.

Is there any reason you are snipping hairs off frogs butts?  Or is this something better left unexplained....

  3. I have a elo tank as well.  I love it.  MOst days I have to flip a coin to decide which to take to work my Melo or my SubTank Mini...  the coils that came with it and the 5 pack I purchased as replacements all read right at .5ohms for me.  I normally hit it from 15 to 25 watts on my Sigelei 30w.  Your device will fire it just fine. Before I bought my own meter I took coils into my local show and asked them if they could check the ohms for me.  friendly shop paired with me buying juice, mods, wire etc... from them and they didnt mind in the slightest.  Enjoy your Melo, its a great tank with good flavor and vapor production and damned good airflow.

  4. I was hoping for Freight Train, but ended up with more like fully loaded Mac Truck...  Flavor is freaking Phenomenal!!!  24g inner wrapped with 28g. 4 wraps (because you so cant see it in the pic right?) on my Little Boy RDA.  .4 ohms.  Love this thing.   I am thinking tomorrow I will pick up some 32g and try one with a 28g inner wrapped in 32...  Wonder if I can build one small enough to fit my subtank???  :)

  5. I was intriqued by this and finally made a couple claptons today because of your post.  didnt have a pipette, but I found just filing a small notch in my thumb and forefinger nails made it pretty easy.  but I think I know where I can find pipette's at work and plan on trying this next week.  Now Im wondering if I can make a clapton small enough to fit in my subtank mini rba deck...  Hmmm.....  :)

And no, thats not cotton candy! :)

  6. No, not cotton candy, just good old CVS Sterile cotton balls.  They are juiced up with KrankBerry by Fusion Vapes.  One of my Goto juices.  Just wish it wasnt colored, but oh well it tastes so darn good..

Ok, take a Clapton and strum it..  There has to be a joke in here somewhere....

  7. I was recently inspired to try a Clapton build..  No pipettes so I put a small notch in my thumb and forefinger nails and wrapped 28G over 24G.  made a sleeper coil on my Little Boy of 4 wraps on each side.  measured it on my Fluke at .2ohm.  wicked it and MY GOD!!! Clouds parted, the sun shined down on me and the Angels of vaping heaven started singing...  Running it on my 26650 Hades mod.

    Any way, heres the pics...

One thing to note and I dont know why its happening, but both coils heat nicely from the inside out, but one gets bright red before the other one starts changing color...

  8. Well I cant figure out how to edit that last post....  But I had to re-coil it.  The coil was to big and to high up so my airflow was way to limited.  re made a coil with the same twisted wire but wrapped around the small blue screwdriver that came with the tank 5 times.  .6ohm load and my airflow is back where I like it.  I must say twisted wire has better flavor initially.  I say initially as I have only been playing with it today.  Finally looked for a youtube vid as to how to make it.  Up to now I thought it was made by hand, never thought to use my drill.  Yea, sometime I tend to think one-dimensionally.

  9. I tried really hard to like Mt. Baker Vapor's juices because they're so inexpensive and the customer service is amazing. My taste buds just don't care for something in their juice though.  :(

I agree with this...  I tried a number of their juices, but there is something in them that just plain doesn't agree with me.  I get a real bad burning in my throat, and I dont mean the normal throat hit.

Simple build on my new Godzilla 2 RDA.  24G Kanthal .18 ohms running on my Hades clone 26650 mod.  Not fancy by any means, but Im kinda happy as it took my three tries to finally get it to work.  had to resort to a youtube vid showing how to set it up.  Next try I want to attempt a twisted coil or something, but keep it around .3.  But for now this thing will kick my you know what...

  11. So I was kinda bored the other day and was ordering new juices to try online...  Some one in some discussion had mentioned Fogger Eliquid so I checked them out and ended up buying both "Black Plague" and "Ebola".  they came in last week and I rinsed out my Melo and tried them out...

Black Plague was great from the start, blackberries and cream.  The Ebolo however was advertised as a Cool Cucumber and custard flavor.  wasn't really a fan of it.  at first...

Well I have heard from many people here that juices can taste different depending on what they are in when my new SubTank Mini came in yesterday I filled it with the Ebola...  MAN!  What a difference that made!  in my Melo I couldn't really taste the creamy custard, just got an odd cucumberish chemically taste...  but in the SubTank Mini with the RBA deck in it the flavor really woke up.  I am now on my third tank if it today, I cant put it down its that darn good.  Wonderfully creamy custard flavor with an aftertaste of cool cucumber...  Horrible description, but man Im glad I gave this juice another try in a different tank.

Now that said I work in a DOD facility, and when I walked out to the smoking deck the other day and pulled out my green and black bottle that had a biohazard emblem and the name Ebola on it....  Needless to say it got a few peoples attention...  after a few awkward questions and one totally freaked out peon, A few people started asking questions about the liquid and what these wierd devices I use them in.  And then got called into the site Commanders office to explain why I had a bottle of Ebola on site.  Oh well.  I put the rest in a unlabled bottle and plan on finishing it off tomorrow and then ordering more.

I highly reccomend trying this juice.  Possibly in a couple different tanks or RDA's, but give it a shot.   Its worth it.
