You're doing the right thing by asking questions before you start, but I would highly suggest watching some tutorial videos and maybe reading some things online. There are plenty of people here that will be more than happy to help you, but the question you're asking is simply too broad. I would be here for 2 days writing paragraph after paragraph to answer the question "What do I need to do to start dripping?"
So If I were you, I would maybe try to do a little more research and then come back and ask some more specific questions.
To get your started, you're going to need to get familiar with Ohm's law and battery safety.

Sometimes it just takes some tweaking. Usually I try to make sure I wrap my coils as tight as possible that way I have as little cleanup to do as possible.

One side turns red hot immediately while it takes half a second for the other, sometimes the other won't heat. Guess I'll try positioning legs different?
Make sure your post screws are nice and tight. If they are and it still does that, then you may need to make sure the leads in the positive post hole are both going all the way through the post and making a good connection.

You're either not wicking liquid quickly enough or you do not have enough airflow.

Panasonic 26650 is the best available currently

Battery life depends on the ohm of the coil inside the tank, not the tank its self. Also depends on the maH rating of the battery.

Literally none of that touched on my question. I asked if water ruins an iclear 16 coil. After I cleaned it with water it started hitting weaker. Before water vape fine, after water vape not fine... was it because of the water? It appears so, but I heard you could clean them with water and they'd be fine.
It appears you should just change the coil and do more research next time. "i heard you could" does not convey that you have even done enough research to be using it, let alone cleaning it. So before you get an attitude with the people that are trying to help you, take a step back and realize all these people have been there and done that long before you. Bebop suggested another way that you can clean your coil that is also effective in extending the life span of the coil. I NEVER clean my coils unless I'm changing to a flavor that is completely opposite. After a few good puffs the old flavor is gone anyway. If you do choose to clean them, I suggest Bebop's method of burning off the residue rather than water due to the time it takes.

That's nice.. really nice! I must have a militia and some of their juice.
But not brave enough to do a build like your doing yet.. *wink*
The metro juice is actually pretty damn good.

Lmao, don't you feel so embarrassed when that happens? I do. =/

I prefer a 3/32nd myself for the quicker ramp time. But I agree the 1/8 gives more flavor! It's all about personal preference!

im confused... i thought I had this lingo down...
multi voltage battery versus a mod?
I believe the easiest way to put it is, a mod would be considered anything that has a removable battery. Being that the Vision Spinner 2 is a "plug and play" type device, it would not be considered a mod.

Glad you figured it out! Just stick with what you like!

For your purposes I would highly suggest the Kayfun, or something similar in design. Whoever told you the flavor from a kayfun is the same as a nautilus has obviously never used a Kayfun.
Kayfun flavor is right up there with normal drippers IMO.
The kayfun will not leak in your pocket, and holds a generous amount of a juice.
