    Advocates applaud AG Holder on marijuana policy

    As some of you know it's legal to smoke Marijuana in California so long as you have a medical licence and use it for medical purposes. This issue California has had is that the Federal Government does not recognize our laws thus intern causing massive raids on disturbers of medical marijuana. President Obama has now pledged to put an end to these raids. You can read more by following the link below

    This could be a positive for E Smokers. Especially if the laws are left up to the states and the federal government Respects the laws laid forth. (like they should)

    How did you find out about the E-Cig?

    So how has everyone found out about the e-cig? For me it was in the mall at a kiosk called "Smokers Freedom" they where selling a SuperMini starter kit for $150. Carts where 10 bucks for a pack of 5. (Insane Prices)

    The lady was nice enough to let me try it, but I thought it was too good to be true and thought I needed to do some research, which led me to another popular smoke forum, then to Puresmoker, then to starting my own site (I also like long walks on the beach, lol kidding) kolobok_smile.gif Now I'm a full time vapor baby!

    So what led you into E-Smoking world?

    Terrible Lie: We Are Closed?!

    Right now, there is big news from some company announcing that E-Cig is an illicit manufacturer of electronic cigarettes and accessories and has been ordered by the court to destroy all of its existing stock of inventory and agree to never engage in the electronic cigarette business again.

    E-Cig has made E-Cigar and E-Pipe at the beginning with the similar technology as Ruyan. The technology applied in the E-Cigar and E-Pipe was so bad so that E-Cig had to invent the new technology with the other manufacturer to meet the market needs. The E-Cig atomizing technology and it's products have been innovated a lot since the first generation of the electronic cigarette.

    It is true that Ruyan made a lawsuit against E-Cig for the Infringement for the Ruyan's patent No. 200420031182,0. The court has thoroughly examined the case and made finally the following decisions, on 20th January 2009, which have been agreed by the both parties E-Cig and Ruyan:

    1. E-Cig has made E-Cigar and E-Pipe before using the similar technology as Ruyan, should stop to produce the E-Cigar and E-Pipe products and destroy the existing stock of inventory for the E-Cigar and E-Pipe products.

    2. E-Cig pays RMB?100,000 (equivalent to only $14,600 US Dollars) compensation to Ruyan for the damages.

    3. All the other E-Cig products, such as E-Cigarette, E-Cigarillo, E-MiniCig, E-Cig E8, E-Cig E9, USB-eCig U8, USB-eCig U9, USB-eCig U9m etc. are using it's own new technology actually. There is no Infringement for the Ruyan's patent No. 200420031182,0.

    4. The both parts agree to do not make any announcement in any news or advertisement with wrongful mispresentation of the court decision for the business purpose.

    For some ulterior selfish motives, Ruyan has violated the court decision and the agreement. From Ruyan announcement, E-Cig is an illicit manufacturer of electronic cigarettes and accessories and has been ordered by the court to destroy all of its existing stock of inventory and agree to never engage in the electronic cigarette business again. Now, it is now believed in the world that E-Cig would be closed. We understand very well some people were really dreaming that E-Cig would be out of the business so that they could monopolize the electronic cigarette market with the outdated technology.

    By providing constant innovation and highly competitively-priced products, E-Cig has become the world's #1 choice for the electronic cigarette products; E-Cig.com has become the world largest B to C and B to B commercial website for the electronic cigarette products. Ruyan can not monopolize and control the electronic cigarette market any more.

    For developing the E-Cig products, we have the Patents: 2006301649379, 2006301649383, ZL2006 2 0135072.8, ZL2005 2 0031712.6 and applied the patents with the patent pending number: 200620119250.8, 200620167599.9, 200820005536.2, 200510017951.0, and 200710054948.5. Our comprehensive products which represent the new generation of electronic cigarette products are completely different from Ruyan products from the inside structure to the outside looking. We will continuously do our best to provide the constant innovation.

    Accoring to Ruyan's stupid philosophy, Ruyan was and should be forever the only licit manufacturer of electronic cigarettes and accessories with its outdated technology, all the others should be illicit manufacturers, no matter how are your patents, no matter how are your advanced technologies, no matter how are your innovative products ......

    We will never be closed. On the contrary, we have cleared the garbage products which could not meet the market needs, and concentrate now on our own new products; and we will be growing much quicker and quicker again.

    **Smokeless Delite PreReview**

    So I went to check the mail to see what bills where due and what do I find? I nice shiny new package from Smoker Delite...sweet. kolobok_biggrin.gif

    I plan to get a video review done by late Monday or Tuesday. But for now I'll give my first thoughts along with some pictures.

    Positives:

    1. The packaging is quite impressive, the nicest I've seen so far. The box has a very "upper class" look to it.

    2. I was lucky enough to get some extra flavors including what I'm about to smoke right now, Pineapple! I don't think I've seen any other supplier that sells this flavor, as soon as I get a good taste of it I'll post back here.

    3. Last another great touch which I'm really loving is the Penstyle cartridges, one issue that would annoy me about Puresmoker.com's cartridges is that the white "protective" cart would slip off. So I was unable to fill my carts. (If I did they would just leak all over the place inside my pouch) However with Smokeless Delites carts, not only does the white cover/protector stay on it also come with a resealable bag. Nifty indeed.

    Negatives

    1. None as of yet but I would like to see liquid sold on Smokeless Delites website. Especially with some of the interesting flavors he has. Check out his site @

    This wasn't an email sent to me but rather from a member of e cig forum. Looks like he will not longer be able to sell is stuff on ebay. That sucks! Just one more strike against the e smoke community. (Ebay's getting worse by the day anyway)

    Atomizer

    So let me get this straight

    1. You have an atomizer

    2. It doesn't work on any battery

    3. You have ANOTHER atomizer

    4. It works on all battery's

    That = Dead atomizer

    Couple things could have happened here, either

    1. You are only using cartridges and you smoked it to dry.

    2. You dropped it

    3. It sorta worked before, you cleaned it, try to smoke it when it was still wet and forgot to add some juice to it. (You MUST add a couple drops of juice after washing it, and there can be no water in there)

    and last you got bad luck, it died. It only costs 10 bucks for a new. It's just something you are going to have to replace. I have 4 automizers all still work. Luck? maybe. I've had my Penstyle atomizer now for about 2 weeks and it's working like a champ.

    yes they do run out of stock VERY fast. That's why we post on here as soon as Puresmoker etc has new items in stock.

    The issue is these suppliers go through a great deal to get this stuff through customs, if a $50,000 batch gets held, tough luck. But they do try their best to keep the items coming in. I'm sure it will get better overtime.

    Let us know how your order with Vaporguys go, I've talked to the owner a few times and he seems like a nice guy, very prompt email responses.

    Oh and hats of to your profession, that's got to be one hell of a job!

    30ml liquid = how many packs?

    It's hard to say how many pack = 30ml. You when you use the juice you normally use a few drops at a time. 3 drops is about 2 smokes. Normally a bottle of juice (30ml) will last me a month, I used to smoke a pack a day.

    Don't buy to many carts, it's better to use the juice, order about 10 carts so that he can refill but no more than that. Hope that helps kolobok_smile.gif
