  1. Ethyl Maltol - Used as a sweetner i believe. Gives a candy taste.
  2. I voted Dripping. I have both, I use both, but I've had way more luck with my drippers. My RSST isn't terrible, but my Nimbus Clone in dual coil is amazing. I get clouds even when I'm not sub ohm. I usually build between .8 ohm and 1.4 depending on style (micro, nano, 3/4 wrap).
  3. I've found ejuice me up calc to be really helpful. I save recipe cards after I'm done so i remember what I made
  4. Here's the link for others interested. Adam's Apple is now called Apple Frost and Apple Breeze. Adam's Apple is Frost, Adam's Apple - Less Pro (less menthol) is Apple Breeze. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=RByZXsArbJ8 Strawberry Fuzz is Southern Breeze, Southern Freeze is same thing, more menthol I believe. It's a mixture of Peach and Strawberry. A good guess at the recipe is 10 % Peach and 5-6 % Strawberry, add menthol to taste. Bahama Blizzard was safe sex on the beach and is going to be "a perfect paring of orange, cranberry and peach which is blended and frozen with cool sweet menthol." Orange will be light, cranberry and peach will be the base. Then add menthol. Play around with % and you'll come out with something you may like more. That's the great thing about DIY, you can take something you like, and make it even better.
  5. Apple Frost recipe is on YouTube. Nicquid is wholesale line of juice from the guys at Vapor Cast here in Dayton, OH. Apple Frost is also know as Adam's Apple. Jack , their mixing guru, did a video a couple years back on how to make it. Southern Freeze and Bahama Breeze are also great flavors . I'll do some research but they shouldn't be too hard to clone.
  6. After vaping nearly a year now, I still bounce back and forth with tanks. Sometimes I like cargo tanks, and for awhile I used a protank but after it started to gurgle and be weird, I found myself trying carto tanks again. Recently, I started trying RBA tanks again and got an RSST. Its great but still can't use it as a daily driver. I decided to try rebuilding a protank head myself. Completely changed my view on them. I run my coils at about 1.1 ohm and use cotton for wick. Flavor is great and vapor production is phenomenal! So now protank (v1) is my daily tank.
  7. Thanks folks! I'll be posting away! Got some new stuff to share
  8. Pretty much consider myself a newbie here. I've been around for awhile mostly lurking. I haven't really found a "forum home" so to speak but browsing around, i think I'm here to stay . My username shows as AirForceGeek, but I'm actually not going by that much these days. i got out after 6 years in April of this year. Currently vaping on an RSST with some Clevervape Nirvana, .7ohm . Just wanted to say hi! *waves*
  9. This may sound weird, but try it : PInkspot's Pinkspot mixed with ___pick a flavor____. I've done it with RY4, Strawberry, Banana, blue raspberry, etc. Always seems to still taste delicious!
  10. I personally prefer delrin tips such as cherry vapes Ming's and pawns . I have both and love them. I'm not fond of metal ones because as the aty heats up so does the tip and it wasn't pleasant.
  11. I've always found with ANY cartos that a 80PG/20 VG ratio is better for them. 50/50 is even a bit thick. The cotton filter tends to not allow VG to absorb as quickly as the more liquid like PG. Same goes with tanks. I love Boge atys and cartos as I find them very reliable.
  12. To be honest.. I never cared much for dekang ry4. Seemed less flavorful than most juices. I personally love the RY4 from Mount Baker Vapor. Its a vanilla/caramel mixture with a very slight hint of tobacco. It was just OK at first but as it steeped it really grew on me.
  13. My name is Patrick aka AirForceGeek. Belong to a ton of forums..surprising not here. Found this via TapaTalk. I'm from Ohio. Been vaping on and off since 2010. I just passed my 3 months no analogs..(again) but this time is for good. Hope to see everyone in the forums!
