lol what's a vaping budget? haha

Starting to become a RY4 connoisseur, myself. Though, I haven't tried enough of them to become a snob just yet...but I'm sure I'll get there one day, LOL!!! So far, I like the Vapor Room juices the best out of the different vendors I've tried. If Matt over at Nic Station (a vendor local to my area) will ever get his website up and running, I'd recommend them as well....probably one of my favorite RY4's thus far!!

As the title says, it was one month ago today I received my eGo kit, and have never looked back. I still have the half pack of Camel Wides that I was smoking while waiting for the mailman to arrive. If I make it a year, I'll be framing them, LOL!!! In celebration, I got myself a little present....I took the next step, and bought an eGo Twist, which arrived today. Holy Crap, I think I need to reduce my nicotine content, as just a few puffs left me buzzing. As pbusardo says, "NOW I get it," LOL!! Here's to another month of no smoking!!

Tomorrow makes a month for me... Well 4 weeks anyway...

In short, the best juice out there is the one that keeps you off analogs for good....and that's all I have to say about that!!! :p

You get what you pay for....well, maybe not always when factoring in Chinese-made stuff that was cheaply made to begin with. I recently purchased the non-Joye 900 mAh Twist from Discount Vapes. Works ok, except that the button sticks every now and again, requiring an additional press to turn the damn thing off. "Look Mom...No hands!!!"

Only 6-feet?? (Sorry..but when you own a Burm, anything under 10 seems kinda small ) I love my red tail...he's also about 6-feet. Glad you found yours a good home, though. Too many owners do irresponsible things with their Exotics, and that is all too sad for both the animals, and the exotic pet industry.

Congrats on taking the first step, and welcome to VaporTalk!!! If you're a pack-a-day smoker, I'd recommend around 18mg strength overall, and 24mg for those times you cannot vape for more than an hour between sessions. Though, I was about 15 cigs per day, I started at 26mg, and progressed quickly down to 12mg for my all-day vape. Everyone's experience and needs are different....YMMV. Generally, I'd suggest doing some research, and getting sample sets from a few different vendors, and finding what you like before going all-in on 30ml of juice. Hope this helps!!

This happens all the time not only on clearos but on just about every type of juicer known to man. I've had cartos drop from 3Ω to 2Ω over the course of a day, and before variable wattage devices came along, I would always wonder why things started tasting scorched. I've received brand new cartos/clearos/atties that were way off the mark in terms of stated resistance versus actual resistance.

You did the right thing by metering the load to find the proper voltage setting before firing it up. It's always better to take that extra step to ensure that you won't pop something.

It could be any number of things. It could be mislabeled. This could be a manufacturer issue. Your meter could be not making a proper connection. I've been able to read certain coils perfectly while others are almost impossible to get a normal reading off of. For instance on my aga-t+ I can not get a good reading from the 510 connection but if I put it onto my VAMO it reads perfect. There are many variables. Just for now enjoy your vape! With that twist you should find a good spot with most any resistance.

That's awesome! I used to own a Columbian red tail...that was an awesome snake. She was up to about 6' when my first son was born so we found her a new home.

You should try Janty's Elixir PG RY4. At almost a dollar a ml., it's a little on the pricey side, but it's definitely a quality juice. It has a really nice vanilla taste (especially on the exhale), and the throat hit is incredible! Also, vapor production is surprisingly good for a straight PG juice.

Personally, I like a bit more Vanilla, but you pretty well got it!! To me, it tastes more like a strong, organic Maple Syrup....which isn't a bad way to go at all. At least it doesn't have a chemical taste, which is a huge turn-off for me. I'm still reserving judgement until I finish this tank, and further reserving that judgement until I vape a tank of well-steeped Dulcis. :p

Sorry Rix....the Dekang that I got tasted way more like chemicals than flavor. Good review of the Dulcis, BTW!!

After vaping nothing but Dulcis through a dual-coil 1½Ω 306 atomizer at 15 watts (7½ watts per coil) a little today and a lot this evening, I have to say that of all the desert vapes I've tried, this just might be my favorite one yet.

I don't even know if Dulcis is supposed to be categorized as an RY4-styled e-liquid, because it doesn't seem to project "Vanilla" like other RY4s typically do. It does have the "Caramel" needed to be grouped in the RY4 box, but it's really a different animal altogether.

For me, Dulcis tastes like a really rich, warm, caramel-marinated medium-dark tobacco blend with lots of flavor. It is not wimpy on the tobacco, either...that part stands right out in the mix. The sweet caramel is also recognizably apparent from the beginning of the draw and stays put right through to the end.

As I mentioned earlier, "Vanilla" did not seem to be a component of this juice, but honestly, it wasn't missed at all. In fact, even though the flavor gives you the impression of vaping a really good RY4, the lack of vanilla is a definite plus for Dulcis in that it makes it stand out in a crowd. It's bold without being too complicated. Good stuff.

I will be ordering more of this for a fact. I hope there will be some bigger bottles available because I think a well-steeped 50 ml. bottle of Dulcis would be a real treat.

Oh, yeah...at an unusually light (for me) nicotine level of 16 mg., Dulcis packs one hell of a throat hit, too.


This is a really good vape...VT gets a "Gold Star" on this one.

Picked myself up a 900 mAh eGo Twist and drip tip from Discount Vapes, and some Dulcis liquid (11mg strength), and an eGo charger from the VaporTalk store. Hope the Dulcis is worth the $5.99 shipping....though, for what I spend in shipping reptiles to and from my home, I shouldn't be complaining too much, LOL!!!

You bastard!!! Mine should be arriving tomorrow or the next day....can't wait!!

I'm gonna reserve my judgement on Dulcis for the time being because I've been vaping Janty's Elixir RY4 PG (a lot) in my favorite dripper, so I can't really tell where Janty's ends and Dulcis begins.

Dulcis-only tomorrow, though...when I settle down tomorrow evening, I'll know a little more about it. I can say that even though I can still taste the Janty's sweet vanilla-ness (fruity?) shining through, I can definitely taste something richer and more tobacco-y in the mix now...and caramel, obviously.

I've been wanting to try this for a really long time now.

I think I'm going to have a good day tomorrow.
