I'm hoping mine will be in tomorrow but more than likely it will be Monday for me, since I don't get mail delivery to the home and our post office is closed on Saturday They do stock mail on Saturday.. maybe if I got up there while they were putting mail up and asked really nicely (yelling at them through my P.O Box of course!) they would give go ahead and give me my package (if it's even there)

Okay, so after getting some sleep and thinking about this, it's not as bad as I thought. About $500 of that is on stuff for my family to convert them over to vaping. Factor in I've also purchased over 500ml worth of juice and that brings the costs more into line. I was pretty tired last night and wasn't thinking of what I have bought for everyone else. *Whew* No E-Cigs anonymous for me after all. But I think it's still time to slow down lol.

Holy Crap, I just added up what I've spent on E-cigs, and I think it's gonna take me a while to start seeing any savings over analogs. In the past 23 days I have spent $1215.38. I guess that means that at this point, E-cigs are *only* costing me $52.84 a day to use LOL. Is there an E-cigs anonymous program out there yet?????

^ What they said. When I first saw my top LED flashing I though great, whats wrong now. Turns out it was flashing because the battery was almost fully charged. The closer the battery is to being charged, the more pronounced the flash. It goes from being an almost constant red, to a flash that makes you think something is broken, lol.

I've spent a lot of time on a lot of forums, and yes, this is a good forum. I enjoy the time I spend on here. Sadly, almost every forum I have been on has started out the same way before they get too big. Forums are created and frequented by people by a legitimate desire to learn and help others learn. As the populace of the forum starts to grow, you gain valuable knowledge but also trolls and flamers. While I hope for Vapor talk to grow, I also hope it doesn't grow out of hand. This place is loads better than ECF, but with ECF, it's size is part of it's problem. Of course I think there is better moderation here, and the mods don't have the "know it all elitist" attitude that some have over there.

I don't really want to take away from VT's sales or anything, but since they are sold out, dietsmokes still shows VP PT's in stock. You might try ordering from there if you just can't wait.

I hadn't run into a problem with Vapor Lock. I've been trying some other fillers/mods lately but always keep coming back to this one. I'd say if you were experience Vapor Lock you might try combining this with the straw mod after all. The straw down the side of the cart should cure the vapor lock issue. After using a cart that works as intended, there's no way I can go back to dripping. I now know the potential of carts and dripping is just a PITA to me.

I figured I'd update this thread, since I now have a KR808D-1 to add to my collection, that so far I'm actually pretty impressed with! Plus I thought this was kind of a cool thread to have going to see what everyone has, and it was getting buried I guess technically I can also add a couple more 510 starter kits to my collection as well, but they will probably be given away.

I found out about them from another forum, a lot of people use them and I have yet to hear any complaints. I should actually be getting some more 510 kits in the mail tomorrow from them. At $35 bucks for 2 batts, 2 atty's, 5 carts and a charger all genuine Joye it's just hard to stop ordering them!

So I could file a lawsuit, then use the money to start up my own e-cig company, on which I'd have a monopoly after putting the others out of business, and use the multi-billions I'd make to hire ummm "professionals" to take care of scum like this. Bwaahahahaha Seriously, look at this from the bright side. Since the FDA study was incomplete, it's very possible that the courts would order new, full testing of the safety profile of the e-cig. Since anyone with common since knows that e-cigs are safer than their analog counterparts, the case would go nowhere, but there would finally be independent lab testing showing exactly how safe e-cigs truly are.

I don't see any need in getting any type of kit for either of them. Just get some 306 attys to use with your 510 batteries. I had a 306 that I gave to my mother, her atty died and I didn't have a spare so I just slapped a 510 atty on her 306 batteries, and she loves it now, so I can vouch that they should work perfectly.

Cignot is great. I have ordered 5 of their 510 kits now and service is as good as I have come to expect from the vaping community. I receive my order in 2-3 days after placing it, which is as good as the mail gets here. And you can't beat 35 bucks for a 510, and yes, they are genuine Joye!

Okay so I'm dumb. If you get nicotine on your lips, wash it off! I got some on my lips on the way to the bar last night, lips went numb for a while but I just wiped it off and went on. This morning, my top lip is really chapped and hurts like hell

Glad to hear VapinCT. I made sure to order spare batts with mine when I ordered, and I usually order one or 2 extra with other orders all the time, but I realize not everybody can stock up right off the batt. I just don't trust batteries, and posts like this remind me why. The 8 hour myth for LI batts has always bothered me. It's just a waste of peoples time and additional hassle.

I guess I'll be another person saying if you have to go back to analogs for the time being, no big deal really. Thats the really cool thing about vaping. You can't really "slip" like you could if quitting cold turkey or anything. Your body wants nicotine. Give it nicotine, however you need to. Remember, we are still addicts after all! On a side note, since it really bothers me when I see it, people, you do NOT have to charge your battery for 8 hours. When your light on your charger turns green, your battery is no longer charging. It may as well be lying on your table. Lithium Ion Batteries do not require a primer charge.

Yeah both mods together doesn't really work. They are both meant to accomplish the exact same thing, which is simply to keep a smaller amount of filler from falling down into the cart. I was just really bored one night. As far as the screen, I haven't tried it, heard it works but is a major pain. It might be worth it if it worked better than the Auto Drip Mod or plug, but from what I gather the results are about the same.

I tried to combine the spring with the straw, but personally didn't much luck with it, although I was happy enough with the spring mod I didn't put much effort into it. Since I'm one of those people that can just never stop trying things, I've read a lot of people happy with using a regular drinking straw with foam/fluval/scotch brite pads, so when I make it to the store I'm going to get some straws and the blue scotch brite pads and see how that performs. I agree with Speakeasy that to me the taste is better through the cart compared to dripping, and I seem to get more vapor than dripping. I know people will argue with me, but what works for each of us is different. I also prefer the convenience of carts as I don't like dripping in public or having to have my juice on me all the time around the house, so hopefully someday I find a cart mod that fully satisfies me.

Very impressed with service. I've actually came to expect that kind of service in the vaping community, but Wordup is the only place to include a handwritten letter of thanks with each order. With dealing with Wordup, Rob at Vapor Kings, cignot for their great 510 starter price, and Shawn at litecig, I have no complaints anywhere.

I've done this twice now, with the last time being last night. Both times I couldn't get more than 2 drags choked down before I had to put it out. Brushing my teeth really well and mouthwash couldn't get the taste out, I showered to get the smell off me, and the smell lingered in the room for well over an hour (from 2 drags). It was horrible. But I'm a glutton for punishment and sometimes still miss those little guys, so I'll probably try it again next week.. lol.. I got my mother vaping 2 weeks ago. She hasn't had an analog since. She said something the other day about kind of wanting a cigarette, so I made her light one up. She smoked 3-4 packs a day for 40 years, and after 2 weeks vaping, she couldn't even get past the first drag. These things are amazing.

I'd have a collection if I wasn't buying 510 starter kits for every family member that tries mine lol. So far I have my 510, 6 batteries, 1 PCC, 2 chargers, 1 usb PT, 8 attys, and 20 carts. I've given away 3 other 510 kits with extra batteries and PCC's to each of them, along with some carts. 1 Joye 306 that my mom uses. Atty died and I didn't have a spare so used a 510 atty and now she loves it. I love it too if it keeps her off the analogs. She was previously 3-4 packs a day. I have an 901 PT coming just to try, and I pre ordered the spade about 10 minutes ago. For someone only 2 weeks into vaping, I'd say I have a good start

I believe the FDA report did find trace elements of nicotine in the expelled vapor. What we need to make people understand is that nicotine in its self is not the devil. It's no more of a drug than caffeine, which I also have a pretty severe addiction to btw. It has been shown that those who use nicotine have a 50% less chance of developing Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease. It is used to help treat Tourette's syndrome, helps with symptoms of ADHD, can act as a pain reliever (coffee does this as well), and has other therapeutic uses. Just ask the guy if he eats Celery, Papaya, Coca, Tomatoes, Potatoes, etc as nicotine is found naturally in all of these.

Well, I guess that will work. I wasn't really feeling that warm fuzzy feeling though, so I just grabbed my 510 and passthrough and took at hit at the same time with 36mg... Ahhhh... there it is...
