  1. I came home from work and my wife was watching the Oscars. Since that is the last thing I want to watch I get a shower and get my PJ's on. As I'm vaping my AGA-T+ I had an idea. If people use cotton balls in drippers why can't I make a cotton fluff wick for this. So I did... I pulled the mesh wick out and rolled some cotton and slid it in the coil down into the tank and it works pretty much like I thought it would. The vapor production increased with a warmer inhale and the flavor did increase but not astronomically like others claim. I mean it's good and the sweet notes come through better but overall it's not extremely noticeable. The only thing is I have to leave the fill screw out to increase the wicking. All in all I like it.

Just wanted to share that experience LOL

  2. That's who I started with, I ordered the chocolate mint and thought it was the greatest stuff ever. It was the first e liquid intriednthat wasn't a tobacco based flavor. I ordered it a few months ago and thought to myself "THIS is the stuff that got me vaping? WTF, I guess cigarettes really do tatse like s##t." LOL Everything else is good though, their prices are competitive and the customer service is great.

  3. Nic does do those things but the other chemicals in cigarettes are far worse. Not to mention the byproducts of combustion. There are literally hundreds of addictive and harmful compounds in cigarettes but only one known in ecigs. Nicotine is about as addictive as caffine but it's the other compounds that make cigarettes more addicting and deadly. There are further studies being conducted about the use of pg and vg but there's nothing that suggests any ill effects of them yet. The harm from long term nic use actually starts to reverse itself within 24 hours after you stop use. Ecigs are not 100% safe but they are 99.9% less harmful then traditional cigarettes.

  4. I agree with the vamo, I had a V2 I can say from personal experience that it ks a cost effective, feature rich tank. The V5 looks awesome with the OLED screen. Its has a simple and effective interface and the price point is excellent. For the most bang for your buck go with the Vamo V5.

  5.

If it truly is a scratch on the screen, not just the protective cover, or a scratch further down, like Tam said it looked like, West Coast Vapors (that's where you got it from, right?) should take it back and replace it.

YAYYY!!! Just the protective cover. The film is on there so tight that I didn't even know there was a cover on it LOL I'll post a new pic shortly.

  6. WOW, so I guess even the MODS don't last forever. I'm just sticking with my 1300 Spinners for now. I am completely satisfied with them. They give me all the power I need with my KPT 2s. I'm sure somewhere down the line I will catch the bug like everybody else and feel like I need more new and improved but for now I'm good. :yes

No MODS don't last forever no matter how much you pay or how well they're made. Electronic devices are packed full of components that will wear out over time. I used my vamo daily, all day on my days off. It's been dropped on concrete, hardwood flooring, down the steps. It's fallen over and off tne table more times than I can count. I've broken two Vivi Novas at the thread because of the ways it hit the floor. If it survived me for as long as it did (I was one of the first to order one as soon as they were available LOL) it's well worth the money I spent on it. I just want to try something new. I considered a V5 but I'm not sure if I want another Vamo.

  7. So, my Vamo is starting to crap out. We had a good run... I used it hard and abused the hell out of it but the button's starting to misfire a lot and it has trouble reading the resistance of my toppers, sometimes it says 0.0 ohms with a 2.2 carto. I figured it's time to get something new it has to be a vw device and I'm pretty sure I've narrowed it down to these two. Thoughs, opinions or other suggestions are welcome I'm trying to stay below $100. Thanks.
