You have to cut the apron strings sometime, I just gave you a shove out of the nest, now fly, lil' birdie fly! On another note, you say you put up your Spade for Christmas? What does that mean? You bought yourself a Spade for Christmas and your not going to open it until December 24th? That's will power!

Welcome to the Vapor Talk Forum, Galex. I am not a menthol person, as a matter of fact I don't like mint anything. However, all of the die hard menthol vapers out there that I have talked to really like the Vapor Talk Mentha Juice. If it is anything like the difference between the other suppliers juice and the flavors that I like from VT Juice then it must be great. The Titan 510 from Totally Wicked is a great unit to start with and when you are ready to move up you can find a lot of advice here on the forum to help you make an informed decision on your next unit. I started with a Titan from TW and it was a great unit, then I discovered the VP units from Vaperlife.com. Jeso has been real helpful and I believe that I have found the perfect vape. Again, Welcome to the Vapor Talk Forum, we're glad your here.

Don't feel bad if all of these other guys don't know what your talking about. I have the same thing happen to me. It is even worse if the food that I ate was crunchy and salty like chips or nuts. The vaping burns the heck out of my tongue. I just normally wait a few minutes after I eat or I just vape and bear it!

I use the 801 Low Bridge attys on my VP2 as an all day vaper. This configuration is the best that I have found so far and it is the only thing I vape. I don't have a major problem with leakage but it does leak a drip every now and then. I drip without using a cart, I just use the dummy mouthpiece without the cart. I drip 3 to 4 drops into the atomizer and I generally vape it away before I set it down. 3 to 4 drops is only about 6 or 7 drags off of the 801 anyway so there is not much to leak when I set it down. I have two VP2's and because of circumstance I had the opportunity to completely take the VP2 apart. The hole in the center post of the top gold colored threaded fitting at the top goes nowhere it is not open to the area below that houses the LED. The holes on the side however are open to the LED chamber but the juice rarely will travel horizontally to enter the LED chamber this way. There should be no concern with the leaking juice damaging your VP2. I will take some pictures of the VP2 that I have broken down and post them so those who are curious will not have to take theirs apart to see what's inside.

I'm going to move this to the Vapor Talk General Ecig Forum - Vapor Talk General E Smoking Discussion area, thanks guys!

Brian, Glad to see that you have solved your problem. It is a good recommendation that you keep spare attys on hand at all times. Under normal circumstances an atomizer will last in the neighborhood of three to four weeks. I have had a new atomizer last as little as 5 days. I have also accidentally fried a few atomizers too, that is not fun when you are not at home and don't have an extra atomizer to replace it with. I generally order ten atomizers at a time and reorder when my stock gets down to two or three left on hand. Currently I am vaping on my last atomizer and have nothing as a back-up if it fails, but I have some on the way and they should be here Tuesday or Wednesday. If you have a particular atomizer that you use and are fond of as I am of the 801 Low or Short Bridge atomizers that AwesomeVapor.com and VaporTalkStore.com sell then you had better keep them on hand because you might find that they are hard to find and may become unavailable in a pinch. I have been waiting three weeks just to place an order for the particular atomizer that I favor and I was real worried that I would deplete my supply before they came available thru the outlets I buy from.

That is exactly what I'm looking for, an honest opinion. I get sent this stuff all of the time, it's touching, it's truthful, it gives you that "patriotic swell" but as you said it doesn't effect our politicians. It really surprises me how patriotic Americans have chosen not to take to the streets enmasse and let the blood of traitors flow into the gutters. Is that too harsh? The enemy within has done far worse without firing a shot. Heard about your wife last night, hope everything is OK, if there is anything I can do, don't hesitate. -
A friend sent me this link and I watched the Music Video in the Home Page. I thought it was pretty good, all though the rhymes are a bit of a stretch in places. Watch this and tell me what you think My link

Richard Simmons...That is a scary thought! The Dulcis is a very good juice, my second favorite. It's sweet and carmeley with a hint of tobacco, but not too sweet. The Midnight taste just like Wrigley's Juicy Fruit Gum, really sweet, really good.

I have to agree with Ray on this one, you need to vape 24 mg for a few weeks and then move down to 16 to avoid any withdrawal symptoms. I was a heavy smoker, 2-1/2 packs a day, I started with the 36mg for 2 weeks, then stepped down to the 24mg for 2 weeks, then to the 18-16 for 2 weeks. I am now mixing 18 and 9mg to obtain a 13.5 mix that I vape in the evenings after 5pm and I vape the 16mg during the day, I'll do this until Christopher gets 0mg in stock and I can go down even further. Note: I think the even though I was a heavy smoker the 36mg was too high, even for me. I went thru a period where I couldn't sleep and I contribute it to a high level of nicotine.

Welcome to the VaporTalk Forum Ray, Chris' advice is about the best you can get, he really knows his stuff, even if he did edit instead of replying, (we're working on his reading skills). VaporTalk is a great place to learn about eCigs and make some new friends. We hope you enjoy our community here. If you have any more questions feel free to ask, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Again, welcome to VaporTalk.

You really need something to do with your free time, don't you?

I don't think the xsnut is ungrateful for the sacrifice that our servicemen make, I believe he, like a lot of Red Blooded Patriotic Americans are frustrated with the politicians that are in the mix in this war.

Tough Decisions On The Vp Units
TheSmokingMan replied to elem187's topic in General Vaping Discussion
Why don't you vape on it and see if it makes a difference. Or if you have something that vapes better than an 801 Low Bridge, I for one would like to know what it is. -
I hate to be a stick in the mud, but I just never saw the comedy in little kids that cuss.

We appreciate the plug, thank you very much! The more people we have on our side then the less the FDA and the tobacco companies can ignore us! -
He vapes like a girl, I couldn't understand a word he said although I think he called me a bastard a few times. Wounderbar! All kidding aside I thought he looked like Jamie (Hymie) from Get Smart. But seriously, I was wondering when someone was going to come up with something like this. When I started vaping a few months ago I wondered why they didn't incorporate a bladder instead of polyfil in the cart and you could just squeeze it once for the juice. It could hold enough for a few vapes.

I hope that is not off the Crepe Myrtle in the front yard!

You see these crazy Left Wing Rogue Democrats had this government program that controlled the weather it was called H.A.A.R.P and it was located in the mountains in Montanna.......

I had to resize mine by using Microsoft Paint to shrink it. Then I uploaded it to the server.

Oh my God! it's the end of the world, now there's going to be a run on Eggo Waffles because of the Great Waffle Shortage of 2009'. I can just picture it now, I'm 70 years old and my grandson is sitting next to me on the porch swing, GrandPa, tell me the story about the Great Waffle Shortage of 2009, Well, Billy I first heard about it when my friend Keenan in Florida.......

Tough Decisions On The Vp Units
TheSmokingMan replied to elem187's topic in General Vaping Discussion
The VP units give you extended vape time, not improved vapor, that is what the atty is for. The 801 atty vapes differently than the 801 Low Bridge atty. The 510 will vape the same on a VP2 much longer than on the stock batt. That is the only benefit of a VP2, extended vape time. You will have to decide if you want form or function. With the Spade you have both (but not for 8 to 9 hours like the VP2) but you can't switch to a better atty if you decide to go with an 801. Currently the 801, in my opinion is the best vapor producer on the market. Jeso has adapters for the VP2 that allow you to use a 510 on the VP2 but it's not as stylish as the Spade. Your decision, you have to live with it. Personally, I don't care about style anymore, I haven't been "cool" for 20 years. I still wear Levis 501's and button downs and sock garters! -
Finally, a question I can answer with confidence. I used 2 to 3 (normally 3) in my 510 when I used a 510. Vape it until it starts to taste like toasted peanuts or slightly burnt and then drip 3 more. I have dripped as much as 6 drops in a 510 but then I started to have leaking problems.

Like Michael Jackson said, It's all about the chi-ren! Sometimes this world just makes me think about going postal again!
