For the second time today, I may be posting in the wrong place, but I didnt want to start a new topic. Hey Chris, what about some VT desktop wallpaper ?

Ive seen Hilton at a few suppliers. What is that ?, a cig brand ?

As a former EMT, I would absolutely advise AGAINST reccomending this to a patient while in uniform or on duty. Only because, in this day of age of sue me, sue you mentality, youd be putting yourself in a precarious position. I remember we covered about 3 days of legalities during training, which bothered me that as a public servant I had to cover my Butt.

Sorry Chris, right after I hit "post", I realized I was in the wrong place

O.K. Clearly Im bored. But this might be fun. If you were stranded on a deserted Island with an infinite amount of e cigs and chrged batts and juice, WHO would you want to be stranded with ? I'll go first. NOT my wife. Not because I dont love her, but c'mon, how many chances will I get to be stranded with - Jennifer Aniston

Well, I was a HARDCORE Camel Wide smoker, and if youve never had a Wide, the best way to describe them is theyre a little smoother than Camel Filter but still have the distinctive Camel taste. For juice, I have Camel from VaporKing, and Camel from Rockymountain, and Camel Wide from wordup ( the only "Wide" juice I know of.) Now, I dont see much comparison to Camel with ANY of the juice, because, as Chris explained to me, theres no "burn". So its kinda like having to re evaluate the same name to a different taste. Maybe its all in my head, but I like the Camel juice better than the Marlboro juices Ive tried. The Camel Wide juice is a little sweeter than the other Camel juice. I dunno, its weird and hard to explain. And, as my tastebuds return, it just gets better and better.

I hear a LOT of people like the Grape soda, I might have to try that someday. I like the Pepsi and Cola flavors, except they tend to linger when you switch carts.

Nice save ! Cause Im thinkin about gettin one soon. -
Im as addicted to my Camel Wides from wordup as I was the analogs. Last night I was hittin the Pepsi from them, (BEST cola flavor Ive had so far, not flat at all ), but I can only take that for about an hour or so. Later tonight I'll probably go with Arnos 555, My 2nd favorite flavor.

I also have no experience with the 901, but I do have the 510 with the manual batt. For what its worth, I was JUST like you when I started researching before I purchased, and I was looking for EXACTLY the same thing for EXACTLY the SAME reasons. So I can tell you from that standpoint, I am THRILLED with the 510. It performs beyond my expectations, its small enough to fit in your pocket ( though I dont recommend as it may push the batt button), or an empty pack of Marlboro 100's that I borrow from my wife. I dont know about the 901, you would have to ask Chris maybe. And as far as the headache, I was there too, but trust me, the headache now is MUCH better than the headache from being unhappy after you buy the wrong product -
I stand corrected ! My bad. Thanks for pointing that out, I always thought of it in the general definition, as in life was created over time on earth. I guess Im having a brain fart, what would that be.

The Ocean is indeed vast, but I cant help but wonder, if we invested the last 40 years since the moon landing into exploring the ocean, where would we be today ? And if we start today, were will we be in the NEXT 40 years? I think I can safely answer that if we spend the next 40 years blasting off into earths orbit like we have, we'll be right there, in earths orbit. Think about it, the last 9 or 10 Space Shuttle trips were highlighted by them taking a toy from a disney movie, a treadmill named Colbert, and a couple of astronauts who stayed up longer than most. Is THAT worth $50 million a shot ? Even the Russians have resorted to charging for people to go up with them. At least theyre trying to recoup some losses. But we cant do that, because if someone went up and got the space sniffles, theyd call 1-800-Screw Me and sue for a bazillion dollars.

If Im not mistaken, SmokingEverywhere also charges your card every month for supplies, they ship them to you whether you need them or not. -
Chris just asked me an interesting question, and I thought Id turn it into a topic to get everyone elses opinion. Ive been commenting on NASA spending MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars, and what a waste of money it is. I grew up in the Apollo era, I was 9 when they landed on the moon, and I remember watching it. It was AWESOME. But, I think weve lost our vision with it, seeing no return for the BILLIONS weve spent ( yes, WE, tax dollars )over the past few decades. The race to the moon was in no small part just an homage to our fallen President. And while it was a clear and honorable goal, since then Ive not really understood what we are doing up there, except it looks like a really fun joy ride. Im sure there have been SOME contributions to science, but for the life of me I dont know what they are. Now, we KNOW there is no life up there within our reach right now. I dont think anyone can argue with that, and the key words there are "within our reach". My argument, for the last decade or so has been this - We DO KNOW that there are life forms and species in the ocean we havent found yet. We KNOW they are there. We have not spent 1/100th of the money we spend at NASA looking. If you are a scientist, or creationist, then youd probably agree that life began in the ocean. Wouldnt it follow that the answers to some pretty BIG problems, i.e. disease, creation, etc., would be found in the ocean ? Im just saying I think we spend WAY too much on something we know is a dead end, and not enough on a promising new frontier. What do you think. I love stirring up the fires.

Yes, we are like the Betty Ford clinic for born again breathers here. EVERYONE here is ready to help, I never would have made it without VT ! Whatever you do, DONT keep smoking, this is a WAY better alternative. Check with Arno, also check out wordupecig.com, above all, research, research, research before you buy. You dont want to throw away good money. But Arno will steer you right WITHOUT ripping you off. -

Yes, let me update from my last post (rant). I have found that people who were light smokers, around a pack a day, seem to find the 2 piece (Blu, geencig) works out for them. Heavy smokers like me, 2 packs a day or more, find they dont stand up to the job. My experience with the Blu scared me away from these types, and I hate to single out Blu, but they had some SERIOUS issues with thier product. -

I have to agree with warthog. My first e cig HAD to look like a real cig, I didnt want to look like a weirdo. So I bought a Blu. Looks JUST like a cig. Thats as close a resemblence as there was. Thing NEVER worked. I was a HARDCORE 3 pack a day guy. I broke doen and got a 510. DOESNT look like a cig, you have to push a button. Since using it, WHO CARES. The thing is a vaping monster. My advice to you, contact Arno at awesomevapor.com. He WILL respond to your email, he'll even call you if you like. He WONT sell you something just to make money, he'll tell you where to go to get what you want, but he'll evaluate what your looking for and give you advice. He is by far THE MOST HONEST supplier there is, just check out his reputation. I bought juice from him when I first got my Blu,I was asking him questions just like you as a noobie, and he TOLD me I would be disappointed with it but DIDNT try to sell me anything. I went back to him after my disgust with the Blu, he sold me a 510, they are only $50.00 , and Ive been a HAPPY vaper since. I cant stress this enuff, if you make your first buy on looks alone, you'll go from cool to fool REAL fast when youre out in a bar and the damn thing doesnt work when youre trying to demonstrate it to someone who says "Whats That". Check with Arno, he'll steer you right. And NO, I am NOT affiliated with him in any way. He is just that good. -
Yeah, the Chinese arent big on practicing democracy, just profiting from it. And Austrailia, they also banned guns, then watched thier crime and homicide rate triple. Canada, I wasnt aware of that one

Thanks Smokingman ! Down here in Floriduh, Im actually considered a " Damn Yankee". If they dont have that in Texas - Ill explain. A Yankee is someone from the North. A Damn Yankee is someone from the North who wont go home.

I dont think she took offense, Smokingman. I think the flashback of her roommate just raised her hackles, and she was just making a point. While reading thru all the posts, I got to worrying "Gee, thats next. The druggies are gonna find a way to ruin this for us". But she brought up a point that I overlooked as well, they have no ching, much less a credit card to order this stuff. An empty coke can and a brillo pad is much more cost effective for them.
