VapinCT, DONT give up, please. I had the SAME problem when I first started . My first unit was the "Blu" which was a LOUSY performer. I thought I had wasted my money as well. I switched to the 510, and the rest is history. I know you feel like giving up, but Im tellin you, you just got a bad batt, it happens, VERY rarely. Call Arno and I am POSITIVE he will take care of it for you. the 510 is a GREAT unit, and will help you give up the analogs. if you absolutely HAVE to have analogs till Arno sends you a new batt, go ahead. Its okay as long as you keep your main goal in focus. I was a 3-4 pack a day smoker, and the 510 did it for me, with almost no stress involved. Keep us posted and keep the faith !

Happy Thanksgiving all ! On that note, yesterday we went to the family Thanksgiving at my wifes Uncles house. There were about 30 people there, most of whom we havent seen in years. Naturally, I brought along my 510. After dinner, the "smoking group" got up to go outside, and that was the FIRST time I ever said to myself " Hah ! I dont have to go out to smoke". But, Uncle Mitch has had heart problems, and he quit smoking about a year ago. So I decided NOT to start a panic inside with my e cig, and opted to go out with the analoggers. Ive been a part of that crowd within the family for 29 years, so no one thought twice about me coming towards the circle of billowing clouds of REAL smoke. I whipped out my unit ( I know, cheap shot, but Ive been DIEING to say that ), and it wasnt until my 3rd or 4th vape before my cousin looked over and said "WTF is THAT ?". Well, after about 3 minutes of the usual jokes, I explained to everyone about the e cig. Now, mind you, I live in Floriduh, emphasis on the Duh, and the part I live in is quite rural, banjo music is played at the mall. We get the news here on a daily basis, but only a few of us can actually read so it takes time for EVERONE to be read to. And while there is cable and sattelite available, youre not tallowed to pay for it with an EBT card, so very few have it. Ok, enough of the redneck bashing. So, I put a cart on my 510 that I deemed would be the "community cart" for everyone to try and then be disposed of. I had also brought along my old unreliable Blu e cig, to show people the various models. Let me tell you, these people were friggin AMAZED, like they had just seen fire for the first time. One in particular, Tessie, was blown away and could not ask enough questions. To make a long story short, I spent the rest of the afternoon writing down websites for everyone to research ( of course I included VaporTalk ), so we may have a few of my extended family join us here soon. Of the 5-7 people who seemed really interested, I think Tessie was a definite convert. So, that was my first experience as a Vape recruiter, and I thought Id share it. I felt really good about it, and maybe a few more people will put down the cancer sticks as a result !

Yes, Ive been dealing with Jeff for about a month now, 3 or 4 orders, and he has great service. He's right up there with Arno as far as taking care of his customers. I dont know how he does it, but I have NEVER waited more than 2 days from placing the order to my door. If I order on Wed., its in my hands Fri. morning. I actually feel guilty cause I havent ordered from Arno in a while, so I need to take care of that. Chris, Arno and Jeff, the only 3 I'll order from.

WOW ! That was one of the most honest, humerous, insightful, poetic posts Ive read in a LONG time. I have to say, I agree with a large portion of it as well. While I am Irish-Catholic ( where I come from you HAVE to put the Irish in there ), I have strayed a little from the church. I do believe organized religion has turned into more of a business sensed faith than a religious entity. I have always like George Carlins description, God is all powerful, miraculous, can turn water into wine and feed the masses with a loaf of bread, but he's not so good with money, so we need to give every Sunday. Im ALL for helping my fellow man or anyone whos down and out, but it seems the people that these churches continually help are those who WONT help themselves. I read SOMEWHERE this week, I have no idea where I read it, but someone said "This year, instead of going to the MALL every day from now until Christmas, lets all go to CHURCH everyday". Now, THAT would put me in the Christmas spirit. Christams lately has NOTHING whatsoever to do with the birth of Jesus. And sometimes I wish he WOULD come pack and pull another tantrum like he did in the marketplace way back when. The holidays have become much like our political process, on a certain day and time we start the clock to see who can reel in the most dough. The child that gets an xbox 360, a widescrssn TV, and a surround sound to play it through does not appreciate Christmas half as much as the child that is looking forward to seeing his family ALL together for that one day. Well, I see Im off on ANOTHER rant here, so Ill stop whining. From the heart, I wish EVERYONE here on Vapor Talk a MERRY Christmas, and a safe, happy holiday season. Ho, Ho, Ho !!
