+1 on the ProVari I'm currently running one with a LR Bridgeless atty with the voltage below 4 Volts and I'll tell you it is every bit as good as running a High Resistance atty on higher voltage plus the ProVari is a great device I'm on my second one(nothing wrong with the first one I just wanted a black one lol). So if your looking for variable voltage I would say you can't go wrong with the ProVari it's very user friendly and has a lot of good features such as the ability to turn it on and off, easy voltage adjustment, and the ability to check the atty ohms so you can see whats going on with it and see when you might be having one that's getting ready to go out.

You normally use LR attys ( usually less than 2 ohms) on standard 3.7 V ecigs like the eGo or Kgo etc.. I use the higher resistance attys on my Provari so I can bump up the voltage. If you put too much voltage on a LR atty it will pop ( break). If you use a HV atty on a eGo you will get much less vapor. I hope this helps. I tried to explain it without getting all technical on ya.

I LOVE Sweet-Vapes! Dayna is amazing. She's the reason America needs a lot more small businesses. The friendly personal attention is awesome. The flavors are awesome and I don't know what you're talking about the prices being higher. They're lower than the places I used to use.

I went to France during December and asked Dayna to ship my last order there. I was there for 3 weeks and figured it would arrive just before I began to run out of everything. However, for whatever reason it never arrived. Do you know Dayna, re-sent the shipment to my home address when I got back - at no charge. I don't know how much she lost, but not only does she stand behind her products - she even stands behind the POST OFFICE!

With such great products at great prices and with that kind of integrity - I'm hooked on Sweet-Vapes!

Sweet-vapes has been AWESOME so far. I have received one order and have one in transit as I type this. The Spanish Gold Caramel is AMAZING!!!! By far my favorite juice to date. The service is top notch and the speed in getting fresh juice out is insane. I'll be a LONG time loyal customer.

When you set the voltage in a regulated VV PV it stays at that voltage from start to finish. There is no drop in output voltage. The cool thing with my Provari is that I can use a LR atty, a SR atty or a HR atty. A VV PV opens up so many more options than a standard e-cig.

Keep in mind that it might take a bit to find your "perfect" setup, but the time is worth it because...well, look at the alternative.

I bought a backup. Then I said to myself better get another, then I won a precise plus 10440 and thought maybe just one more. So I got a 5v box mod, then I won an ego kit with two batteries. I again thought do I need another? A friend was trying to sell 2 3.7 box mods so I bought them both. So I have a back up for.the back ups for the backups just in case I need a couple of.backups. lol

Congrats on the quit. Talking about spending I went way overboard until I found the eGo. That's my go to device and it never fails me. Cartos and an eGo, good combination. Good luck on your journey and remember an eGo kit doesn't cost that much when you think about what you get out of it.

I for one would not recommend either inquiries. Your Ego (purchased here or otherwise) will totally out perform what your looking at. Your looking at anywhere between 150mah to possibly 380mah as compared to either a 650, 900, 1000mah Ego. You may tire quickly in charging batteries every two hours vs once per day.

Cartridge holds the juice. Prefilled cartridge just means someone placed their own juice into the cart vs you filling a blank one. I find no advantage in buying pre-filled carts, especially when starting out. If you end up not liking the juice.....your off in a hurry to buy some blanks and juice anyway.

Because I was looking for a 'direct replacement' of a cigarette, I opted for Modern Vapor's Sidesho on my first go-round; this is much like the 'Blu' and other small form ecigs. I suffered through about 6 months of that and started smoking cigarettes again.

I picked the Sidesho back up a few months later and tried my best, but it just wasn't working. Then came my savior- the eGo Tank with passthru. SO simple in comparison to my previous rig; the eGo is, quite literally, plug and play.

With the small form ecigs, you have to diddle with equipment constantly- seeking plugs and USB ports, carrying multiple batteries. I won't even go into the carts and the foam mods and the blah blah.

My eGo 1000mAh passthru lasts me through the day. I plug it in when I'm in the car or on the PC, and unplug it when I'm on the go- it hasn't died on me once. The type B tanks last all day- no fumbling with little leaky jars of nicquid.

Making the decision to quit smoking is hard enough; take it easy on yourself by choosing a simple setup to get you going.

I would recommend the eGo 1000mAh passthru with the type B atomizer and tank system. I prefer buying piecemeal as opposed to starter kits; if your budget will afford it, I would recommend an extra atomizer (I also splurged for an extra passthru- it's still in the box as a spare). FWIW, I chose the Low-Resistance atomizers, and I've gotten about 6 weeks average out of each them, but believe that will improve with a better cleaning technique I'm utilizing.

4 months strong and I'm not looking back this time.

    Hope that helps!

I guess I need to practice a little more watchfulness. I had to google stealth vape That sounds like a solution! Since I've used my pv while driving, I'm ALWAYS paranoid about the police pulling me over. As for trying out vape night at a few places, that's a big step for Chicago! I just moved from chitown a few years ago & man -- people would look at you like a leper for smoking even while outside. (I think that's when my hiding habits started) I'd be interested to hear how that goes up there. Thanks for weighing in folks!!

Hi there! Mjar is right on with his comment. That's what I've heard too. I'm new to the vaping community & just started to order from sweet-vapes. Excellent service in my opinion & gave me a free juice in the sample pack - the kona...although I don't like it right now. On the shelf it goes until later. But -- I did order my first 80/20 blend. This worked well for the chai tea I took a risk & it worked out. It's kind of peppery & still gave me a great TH. But I didn't like this for the Vanilla. I'm going to order 100% PG next time for this flavor. Usually I buy the regular flavor or the standard way they make the juice without messing with it too much. Somewhere on the website it mentions info on extra flavoring & cautions a person that it can make the juice extra sweet - which might not be a good thing for PG users, but excellent for someone who vapes mostly VG (VG tends to suppress flavor). I'd suggest playing around with it & see what works best for you.Personally, as of right now, I'm not too much into creating extra vape (VG) as I am into the TH (PG).

    It's all subjective though

I'm in Alaska and I know only a handful of us that vape. I haven't seen anyone around town do it either. So I keep it to a few places only. My boss and coworkers are cool about it, which is great so I vape all day at work. When I am at someone's house I ask, or I slip outside. In the airport it's stealth all the way, trying to vape in the bathroom is difficult with all that vapor! I don't do the bar scene so I don't know but I do know a few of my friends have been asked not to vape at restaurants...even outdoors.I vape at home in the house and in the car too. Kids are much happier that I am not smoking! FWIW

It is truly amazing, isn't it? I quit right away - after smoking for 34+ years. I am coming up on my two year anniversary of being smoke free and I'm still amazed by it.

    Congratulations and welcome!
