Theoman Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 I was recently at a visit to the neurologist for something minor (turned out I'm fine). At the appointment, they drug tested me. I passed all of the drugs, except for antidepressants. The only problem is, I'm not on any medications and I don't do any drugs. The only thing that has changed in my life is that I've stopped smoking and started vaping. This, of course, could be a false positive, or maybe even any number of unpredictable things. I'm just curious to know if anyone else has heard of or knows about any chemicals that go into e-juice that might resemble or come off as an antidepressant in a urine sample for a drug test. I get all of my e-juice from a highly reputable store. I won't name them just to protect their company since what I'm asking is a moderately weird question. I'm also not saying this was the cause. I know certain foods can test positive for different drugs, would be interesting to know what would test positive for that other than the actual substance. I looked at those links, but couldn't find anything relevant to my situation. Thank you for looking them up though! I'll just leave up to a random false-positive. Nothing to worry about.
