The battery in my mom's vapor is charged and I've cleaned it but it still wont work what do we do?

For that style battery, have you tried gently prying the center electrode up a bit with a toothpick or something similar? They have a tendancy to get pushed down on those type. You just want to gently pry up a bit around the edges  of the center piece of the battery. Just a bit to make it come up.

Thank you guys i just got done trying that and it still don't work. I the think that it is leaking because every time i pick up the vapor i get what feels like the liquid i put in it to smoke all over my fingers
