Tam Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 To my knowledge, it would only apply to juice, as they want to make juice listed as a "tobacco product"... but give them time and they'll "try" to tax the hardware, too.If that comes to pass, I can see someone marketing an RDA as "New Age Art" or some such to bypass the restriction.

Mplough Posted June 9, 2015 Posted June 9, 2015 I live in Georgia, so far the only law is over 18. I am so sick of politicians and big tobacco. If big tobacco had a brain they would embrace vaping and start to assist in responsible eliquid manufacturing. There does need to be some sort of regulation for safety but the Fed's answer to everything is tax, tax, tax.
