I loved those books...

Question is, did you keep your thumb at the decision page and go back to it, or start the story over again :)

I definitely left my thumb there!

I really enjoyed those books. I was trying explain these to my step-daughter and grandson and they couldn't believe I had stacks of them. I couldn't believe they had no idea what I was talking about! Do they even still make them?

It's a sad day.

No idea if they still make them...but they turned me into a lifelong reader.

The possibilities of teaching how choices has consequences etc...

Oh man, those were great too...completely forgot about them! My friend and I, maybe 14 or 15 years old would read these...but I think there was another brand with a different title...and create characters for RPG. He was really good at drawing and would draw our character sheets and we'd either play the game in the books or TMNT...we never got into D&D, though.

I wish I could remember those names...they were RPGs in and of themselves.
