I was expecting to go thru all sorts of painful things (withdrawal headaches and stress and such) but I didnt. The main thing is I think I've read just about this whole entire forum and think if they can do it I can do it! And of course vaping too curbed the urge! I have to admit out of pure curiosity i have had a few since i decided to quit. every single time it reminds me of how nasty that habit was! time goes by fast and especially now since you can enjoy to the fullest without the ball&chain of stinkies!
