Rebuilding coils need help

Let me see if the braincell is working this morning without the benefit of my first full cup of coffee.

The higher the ohm means the higher the resistance so it'll need more power to make it hotter.

The lower the ohm means lower resistance so you'll need less power to heat the coil.

So if I run a 1.8 ohm coil vs a 2.2 I'll gain a little extra run time on my battery?

And do you know how many wraps I need to get 1.8 to 2.2?

I've also heard you need to or should use organic, why is that? Is that sold at drug stores?
