It will thicken it, and possibly freeze it (so you'll have to warm it up to room temperature before you use it), and it will POSSIBLY make it last longer....but if it's not steeped yet, it will take it longer to steep.

Some juice will improve with steeping...there are several methods to do this and several threads on here explaining them. Basically it is letting them age so that the flavors mix thoroughly and strengthen. The general consensus is that this works best with the non fruit flavors, but I have found that my fruit flavors improve as well... I think it depends on the individual, just like a flavor I like you may not like :)

I also keep a bottle in the work truck! In the summer it comes in the house as the heat will make it nasty. Only problem in the winter is it will turn to sludge until warmed up. The winter is hell on wicking in Genny's too.
