Ok, I'm still new at this. I luv my Silver Bullet, but I wanna try something variable voltage. Same setup as I have, I use a 5 or 6 ml tank.

I had my heart all set on the Lava Tube 2, until I started readin' reviews of people with trouble. I didn't find anything but praise for the Silver Bullet, which is why I bought it.

ProVari looks kinda ok too, but again, saw people having troubles.

Is the anything out there that's tried n' true like the bullet?

I don't really care for the kikmod thingy for the bullet.

I'd want the buttons outside so I could easily adjust it.

Oh and I'd want the build quality of the Bullet too, no cheap aluminum. Luv Chrome.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

Lezlee

You can get a Kick Extender and a Kick for your SB, and change the watts for it.

The Vamo is close in size, and is VV and VW. It's not as pocket friendly due to not being able to lock your setting down, but it's about the same size and they come in SS now too.

I prefer my old LT1 over the Vamo, because of that. (lockable settings) I don't have an LT2 yet (wish I did though!). Bummers they're having problems with them. :( Are they quirks or real troubles? Are they fixable?

I'm out of the loop as far as VV's go. The Provari is still the best of the best, and worth every penny. (craftsmanship, safety, USA)..

I'm looking forward to the suggestions/input of others, like you. I still love my SB for outdoor chores. It'll always have a home in my back jean pocket.

I love my Lava Tube 2 so far. Haven't had it very long, only about a week. The only problem I have had is when I shut it down at night, I have to open it up and screw it back together to get it to turn back on. No biggie, I still love the simpicity of it and it gives me great vapes. Good luck !

I'm not sure where you heard of problems with a Provari but i can assure you it's one of the most solidly built devices on the market. This thing truly is a work of vaping art. The lavatube can't even hold a candle to it construction wise which imho explains the Provari's price.

All that being said Uma brings up a solid point in that you can just get a kick for your SB and bam you have a vw SB.

I use a Sigelei Zmax on a daily basis, and it's never let me down.

If I had to recommend an APV to a friend, it would definitely be the new telescopic flat-top version. You can use 18650 or 18350 batteries, it's machined from stainless steel, it's Kanger clearomizer friendly, and it's only $89.95 shipped (including charger, 18350 & 18650 batteries, clearomizer, and zippered case).
