Firelight-Fusion.com Is The Worst Ecig Vendor

Dear All E Cig users,

I have come here to share my terrible experience with one vendor in particular.

My terrible ordeal started on Sept, 28th, when I ordered a firelight fusion starter kit. In hindsight, the first red flag should have been the truley dismal web site. Compared to others its quite plain, like a part time E Cig

vendor, or someone just not willing to put up the capital to make a decent website.

So as i am waiting patiently for my order to arrive, and wait, and wait... I start to wonder, was i ripped off by ? First i try to call the Customer Service number on , to no avail. you see they are only open for 2 hours a day, and in that short 2 hour window, no one answers the phone... ever. I figure they already have my money so i will go ahead and try to email them.

My order was placed on sept 28th, recieved my order confirmation on Oct 1st, and i sent my first email asking

where my order was on Oct 5th to customer service. To my surprise i got a rather quick response, the CS agent replied that although they are based in florida, and my shipping address is in florida, sometimes orders can take up to 5 days to be delievered. I thought ok, it seems strange, but ohh well lets see if it arrives monday. After another 2 days waiting, and hoping these people are not draining my bank account as i waited, Monday the 8th came, and still nothing. So i decided to send another email, asking where my order, that i had already paid for, was. I was assured that the "Shipping Manager" was shipping a new order out and i will be given a tracking number soon. i was told a new order was going to be shipped, and that when it is, i would be sent a tracking number, only because i asked for it, because i did not recieve one for my first order. So i wait again, and wait, thinking this will be done with some speed, cosidering i have already been waiting, at this point, 6 full business days for my order. But no, i never recieved that email, so i sent another the next day on the 9th, asking if my order had been sent, and if so what the tracking number was. Again i was assured that when the order is shipped, i would have the tracking number right away. So i wait, and wait, thinking that for sure it will be sent today. About 8 hours later, i recieved a delivery conformation number, and of course it was from USPS, the only shipping company that can actually stay in business without making a profit, needless to say i was not suprised. So i go to USPS.com to verify that this is a real tracking number, but they tracking system is down, of course. Finally, after 2 weeks of waiting, i could see my package in transit to me on the USPS site. Delivered on Oct. 11th !!

After this ordeal i was less than enthused about the company i chose to buy from, , but i thought i would give them one last chance to keep my business, and prove they are not as completly wothless as a business. So i simply sent an email asking for maybe a comlementary pack of cartomizers or some eliquid. the response was less than what i expected.

No.

| Both orders were shipped promptly. Had this delay been caused by an issue that was our direct responsibility

(e.g. unavailable inventory, your order not being completed in a timely fashion, etc.), a free item would have

been included with the package we re-sent.

Thats the response i got from the CS agent. apperently this company does not take responsibility for using the worst, cheapest shipping

company in the united states, the USPS. Personally i believe that if u own a business, and have a choice of which shipping company to use, and choose the worst, that is a delay that was caused by their decision making, and therefore, that companies direct responsibility...

I post this hoping to stop anyone from ordering anything fromwww.firelight-fusion.com/. After reading my

experience i dont see why any of u would ! but also i hope to stop this type of care free attitude that i was given by this company. You see they already had my money, and were not at all worried about weather or not i recieved my order in a timley fashon.

During all this i ordered on of the variable voltage ecigs, although it doesnt look like a cigarette. after comparing it with the KR808D-1 model i ordered from , my personal opinion is that if u want to be smoke free, and you are a heavy smoker, the KR808D battery that sells just will not do the job. they do not have enough battery power to produce a thick enough vapor. unless you like taking 5+ second pulls.

In summary, the firelight fusion ecig from is not only pointless (because it uses the KR808D battery), but the company that sells them may have the worst customer service of any company i have ever delt with. while i am not going to name the Variable voltage ecig i purchased during this in fear you may think i work for them, their customer service was a million times better. unlike the firelight fusion.com, i actually spoke to a person, and their customer service was open more than 2 hours

a day !

Thats it! i know its long, but i hope this helps someone !!

Don't let this comment take away from your main goal. I don't believe the post office was at fault here in any way. They are slow at times of course but I'm pretty sure had this company shipped with anyone else you would complain of the rates. Also I don't believe that the 808 batteries are at fault either. They are what they are. They certainly have a place in the vaping spectrum but perhaps not for everyone. I think the main point should be that this vendor's customer service left a lot to be desired. I also think that website appearance also completely reflect the company. If a site looks like crap you really can't expect the products or service to be much better. That is just my opinion. Good luck with your future purchases.
