510 Voltage Indicator

Recommended Posts

Yeah get your self a good multimeter. The digital ones work better only because it takes the guess work out of the volts. The real problem with them is testing your unit under a load. Some of these screw on volt meters wont work on the eGo because of the pulse circuit.

Here are some products you may want to check out... http://vapormoon.com/Other_Products.html

Be sure to ask the vendor if their tester will work with your eGo.

I have not seen a voltage indicator with a 808 connection. It would probably work with a 510-808 adapter. You can measure the ohms with a volt meter like the one shown above.

FYI, I picked up my inline voltage meter from madvapes last week. http://www.madvapes.com/Assembled-Volt-Indicator_p_2976.html

However, when I got it, there was only 2 left, now they are showing out of stock...sorry I got the 2nd to last one.

Correct they do not work with ego batteries because of pulse modulation or what ever, HOWEVER, (I got 6 ego batts), it did work on 2 of my ego batts, after trying and trying, when the batt was at about 80% charge... wierd... but it worked.. at 100% charge it didn't work..
