  1. Cartridge+atomizer=cartomizer, like a 2 in 1 Cartomizers typically don't last as long as atomizers without a bit of maintenance, but they hold more juice at at time and you can get a tank carto that will hold enough for days. Dripping is when you drip e-liquid onto the wick of the atomizer, which should help with the burnt taste you get. Try 2-3 drops at time directly in the atty and see how that works
  2. Dekang's RY4. It's been my go to e-liquid for 3 years now I stick to 18-24mg and vape the Joker Edge @ about 4v
  3. I havent tried LR atties yet, but just thought I'd mention, I have 5 regular 510 atomizers, 3 of which are about a year old and the only problem I've had is that I clogged one of em. A quick boil took care of it though. And I've torture the crap out of em. Like I always burn them for about 30 seconds multiple times to clean em every couple of days using my homemade passthrough which doesn't have a cutoff. I think the reason peoples atties have been failing is because they don't clean em nd the liquid eventually shorts the circuit. So my personal suggestion is to let ur atomizers burn off most if not all of the excess liquid inside the atomizer until vapor stops coming off. But be careful because the atomizer will get hot enough to burn you and destroy most regular ecig batteries. Id recommend using a homemade passthrough that you could easily fix if it melts anything.
  4. Thanx for the fast response! So I tried cleaning it out before I even started this thread, to no avail. But, after using for about another hour, the problem stopped. So far so good! I'm not sure what could've caused it, nd the first thing I thought, just like you guys, was a short because of the liquid. Don't know why cleaning it didn't fix it right away but I'm happy. BTW, I wanna try an 801 Atty on it, and was wondering where I can find an adapter and how well the 801 works on it. Anyway, again thanx for the quick response and ill keep y'all updated!
  5. So I've had the joker since it came out, nd about 15 minutes ago, it started having a cutoff. After taking a drag for about 3 seconds, the LED changes to blue for a SPLIT second, (almost unnoticeable) then turns off, and stops producing vapor. It works again if I press the button immediately after, but still cuts off about 3 seconds later. I tried putting in freshly charged batts right off the charger, and have the same problem. I also tried swapping the atty with the same results. I'm hesitant to send it back yet, atleast until I get another 5 volt device, since this is currently the only thing I leave my house with, I absolutely love it, and my 510 PCC doesn't charge the batteries anymore. Any1 else have this problem? Any suggestions?
  6. I'm not sure if the EGO battery works, but if ur using the 510, I would DEFINITELY recommend picking up a PCC from one of the suppliers. I think they go for around $20 and they charge your batteries on the go. I wouldn't still be using my 510 if it wasn't for the PCC.
  7. I have bottles of juice that I bought over a year ago, that have been sitting in my drawer,(particulary flavors I didn't care for that much) and since I started vaping again I've used all of them with no ill effects. So you'll be fine in the long run
  8. How could it set off the "smoke" detector, if there is no carbon monoxide. I've used in the airplane bathroom without a problem
  9. Hey every1, I know i havent been on in a while and i've missed you all dearly! Anyway, i have a HUGE bottle of almond extract at my house, and am wondering if any1 knows about or has tried using something like this for mixing. I've tried a 50/50 mix of 36mg pq unflavored with the extract and it still gives me the "rubbery" kinda taste of the unflavored alone. Do u think i should try boiling down the extract a little bit? Has any1 tried this with vanilla extract and been succesful? Any other comments, tips, or advice is much appreciated
  10. ok......i typed "electric cigarette strawberry guitar song" dont judge me its what came to my head. I kid you not, it showed me a bunch of pictures of ppl playing guitar, a few cigarettes, some random girls, and this http://enobale.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/loutsflow3r11.jpg any1 know what that is??!?!? its one of prince's albums....... WHYY IN THE HELL WOULD I DREAM ABOUT A PRINCE ALBUM COVER!!!!! i dont listen to prince, ive never listened to prince, and i never will listen to prince the only reason i know it was a prince album was cause it said in big huge letters at the top "PRINCE" its a cool program, but i think it just searches for pics that come up if u type each word, then draws them with lines sry chris, no offense to you, and i know you prolly had a strange experiance, especially in coming across such a strange site(btw what were doing on the internet that led you to this?) but it is not for me. pretty cool/unusual find though
  11. The battery life was THE ONLY PROBLEM with the 510. Im so happy to see they finally made a better one. What i wanna know now is if theyre going to compensate for the longer battery with newer PCC's to come. Im wonderin if they'll be longer, maybe, who knows?
  12. You drop the cap for your favorite liquid flavor in between the car seats, so u reach into the center console to pull of another cap from a whole sleugh of empty used bottles.
  13. Thanx for the shoutout!!!! Love the new passthroughs, i just bought a joye510 nd am loving the manual button. I got the pcc too cuz my lenmar batteries didn't want to hold up. After a while, when the Lenmar batteries are charging, the LED will change from orange, to orange and blue(both colors light up) and it wont charge or put out electricity. I think it because of the button, meaning those batteries are designed to be charged then immediately drained, nd not turned on and off constantly. Lemme know how they hold up. Keep up the good work yo
