i get flavorings at a local cake and candy making shop. as far as nic. it's all in what you like. i use boxelder. they have great prices and fast shipping. i have had no issues with their product. i think the shelf life for nic is 1 year in a dark place with cooler temps (not refrigerator cold but cool. you can get pg at farm supply stores and vg from the candy making shop also. good luck to you!

ok. figured out the resistance issue. my drip tip was not snug enough. lol. so what about refilling?

ok well, i got mine. fired one up and it was great. went to top it off and instead of soaking in, it just dripped straight through to the bottom. the top filler is still white. do i need to condom fill for refilling? then i blew out the excess and took a drag. there is 0 resistance and very little vapor now. every time i take a drag i cough. what little is there is very very warm. did i ruin this one?

You should never inhale oil. Only water based flavorings or pg based should be used.
