I have been using them just fine. Suddenly, my Kangertech Dropbox 160 says check battery. Screen is going wacky and mod shuts down. Hours later it worked perfect, then randomly went back to the error and shutting down. I swapped battery positions and it works again like normal... Are these safe to use? I'm worried about the white ring insulator being a little gnawed on. Also, one is a flattop and one isn't. Is this an issue of safety? Sent from my LGLS775 using Tapatalk

I do not smoke cigarettes, so my input may help. 0 mg - No throat hit whatsoever, you do not feel any vapor being drawn. There is no satisfaction as far as nicotine goes, of course. Flavor is altered slightly, as nicotine USP has a flavor all of its own. 6 mg - Not a good step up, try a 3 mg. 6 mg will taste mildly different, but not bad at all. If you are building standard kenthal coils for an RDA, you should be able to withstand many uses from a set of coils (or just one). Personally, my coils last for several months, and retain zero unwanted flavors with proper care. I change cotton every three days due to sticking with one flavor. During each cotton change, be sure to burn-off your coils at a LOW WATTAGE. This will prevent your coils from hotspotting near the post, therefore shorting your unit. Use a coil brush, in addition to burning off unwanted juice/gunk. Also, unnecessarily adjusting your coils on the post will shorten its life because you are losing integrity of the metal by bending/flexing, etc. Sent from my LGLS775 using Tapatalk
