  1. Ha, Ha. An unfortunate evil in all those "organically" manufactured smokes, Bahahahaha.
  2. PS, whats really cool and you`ll know what I`m talking about is this, The draw is ALWAYS PERFECT. No more sucking a golfball through a straw. NO more duds, no more cow manure, ha, ha. :?)
  3. I quit ten years of Pepin`s, Padilla`s and Padron`s with Vapor. Today its been 2 months and I would`nt go back even if the cigars were free. Its entirely possible, and I can tell Vapor is much better for me, my wife knows too, :?) (Wink, wink) Now, if you have`nt tried Highbrows Perique, its the ticket! It brings the spice! Best, Randall
  4. I am not a pro, But, My out of the house vape is a kamry K100 with a carto. Once filled it can vape mostly half the day, its really freaking small with a 350 in it, and it will not leak if tipped over. Not to mentioned it about as bullet proof as Iv seen, I`m really not afraid to bang it around a little bit. And the flavor is really good when compared to any of my atty tanks. R
  5. Rumor on the net is that is a re-branded Aspire, and having looked at the two atty`s, I believe the rumor may be right. I would suggest going to your local vape shop and asking for a Aspire atty and seeing if it looks correct when comparing it to yours, then if it does, try it. You can find Aspire atty`s for half the price of the VS units. I myself have pretty much settled on Kanger stuff due to the cost of atty`s, they are the most plentiful and cost effective out there. And allot of third parties use their design. Best of luck, R
  6. Ahh Yap. I really hate to generalize or judge people, but I KNOW you are right, because that used to be ME. But I realized that vaping is`nt for every one. Vaping is for those with above average intelligence. Even a monkey can be taught to light a stick and stick it in his mouth, but vaping comes with a learning curve that has to be met head on, you have to learn or you go nuts and go right back to the cancer stick. So anyways, Vape happy! R
  7. Root Beer Float by Desert Vapes. Pretty darn good, tastes like it sounds, and the finish lasts a good long time.
  8. And New York wants to ban ALL ecig juice sales. I wont go into a political diatribe, But its all politics, and money as has been mentioned. Big tobacco is scared. Sign the petition, http://freetovape.com/index.php if you don`t stand for your freedoms, Big Gov will always be there to take them from you. And New York wants to ban ALL ecig juice sales. 9. Thanks for the ideas guys. I think the charger would be the simplist answer and lord knows Im going to need a better one. I think that will work out good to check em out befor leaving the HQ. :?)
  10. Right on! Yap, its bery liberating when you make the turn. And vaping comes with free breath freshener. :?) Now, dont forget to claim your rights, vaping is under fire from some very self rightious people with zero understanding. Cheers, R
  11. Thanks Mc, I do have a fairly expensive MM that I use on quartz watch repair, but that is the HARD way to test a battery. First, have to unravel two feet of cord, then I have to hold the battery and negative probe with one hand while trying to place pos. probe on top, hold that pose while I check the meter, then I have to spool the cord back on. And remember to turn off the meter less I waist another battery, ha, ha. I really would like something where you just open the slot, drop the battery in, and shazzam, whats the voltage. And more often than not the MM is down in the shop, and I`m up stairs when Im vaping, LOL. I am really surprised our friends in asia have`nt caught up to this dilemma yet. They make a ton of the little critters for 1.5 volts!! R
  12. How hard is it to find a 3.7 volt spring loaded "Cheap" plastic battery tester? After an hour of searching on the net (ebay amazon ect) I`m frustrated and pissed. Like the spring loaded 1.5v "pocket" plastic battery testers of yester year, but made for 18000 series batteries and 3.7 load. I know you can only store these batteries for so long and would like a easy way of checking them so I don`t have to put them in the vamo or charger just to see the charge, just a simple way of seeing what charge they have in them and if they need to be charged after sitting around for a while or if they are still GTG. TIA, Randall
  13. I`m with Bebop on this idea. There is simply too much propagation and musher-room brands, err clones, in the market. If the devices were spread out into differing forums then one would have to look into each sub forum to see the latest this or that, in more centralized "topical" forums one can see the newest this or that right away, and there is always a search function for specific, umm, searching. Of course I` new here and maybe don`t have the foggiest clue as to what I`m talking about. :?( (But I do know I`v done a lot of searching on VT prior to purchase, :?) Cheers, R
  14. Gonna try some HIghBrow in straight PG over the weekend, I WILL report in that thread I started about tobac flavors in the juice forum. :?)
  15. Yes, But basically, you should try a little of both and see what you like, make sure to do some reading on the allergy some people have to PG, but for the larger percentage of people its no problem. Me, Iv got some straight PG coming in that I hope more mimics the burn I used to get in stronger cigars. I`m not a real fan of straight VG as its like smoking liquid cotton its so soft on the throat. R
  16. Look up PBusardo on Youtube. He`ll make the learning curve allot more fun. (and less costly).
  17. I love em! My Wife is a Glass artisan, and so two days ago I ran the idea of glass drip tips by her, and she presented me with these two today. She knows I love amber colors, ha, ha. Sorry about the copy right thingy, these are hosted on my day job server. Its not meant to suggest they are for sale. We`re a long way off from that, and we both have, um, quite frantic day jobs already. Buhht, what do you think, they look good or wat? Would love to hear some feedback. Cheers, R
  18. Ya buddy! Welcome to the forum I just got done with a good stone on Liqua cuban cigar. Been chasing the dragon all these years and I finally caught him, his name is Vape!
  19. Seems like a fair price. Most starter kits will be in that price rang, although I do get concerned when they get too check, in the 15 dollar rang, you know? Well, there are mods, and then there are MODS. It probably has ego threads, so you should be able to buy any number of tanks to use with it, there is a whole plethora of tanks available for the ego thread. Whatever it takes to get you off tobacco. There really are two ways you can go with ecigs. If you smoked and want to quit, You can use them to get off the carcinogens and then taper off painlessly, until you can walk away from nicotine altogether. Or,, (like me), you can go totally crazy with it and really have a enjoyable hobby that gives you the nico and allot of fun too boot. If it works for you, I would recommend getting a back up so that you are`nt left in the position of thinking about (or looking for) a real smoke, just in case it (you ecig) goes bad. And then once you get going on it (ecigs) you can figure out which road you want to take, simply to quit, or to make a new hobby with it that satisfies. Iv only been smoke free for two months now, but the ecigs have me totally captivated, there is so MUCH more to them. And I spend a small fraction on them of what I used to buying Cigars. Hope it works out for you, R
  20. Thanks Guys, will definitely be checking out the Jango, the reviews look good. Earth Bro, the cinnamon sounds perfect, I do remember some of my favorite cigars had hints of cinnamon in them. Will check out VV also, thanks for all the suggestions. Cheers, R
  21. Thank you Mr Smith. Ya, I know it will require a complete disassembly before blasting. And I I just love the look of beat to hell alum oxide, it winds up looking like parkerizing. Heres what I do for a living (If you can call it a living, ) Cheers, Randall
  22. Thank you Comp, I suspected that, regardless of what I think I have read. I saw Busardo`s review and it was a bit hard to tell precisely. Looks like its stainless for me then. Maybe a little media blasting will help it look cooler. :?) Thanks again, Randall
  23. Danka Earth Bro, Found some at scvapes, will be trying it. Reviews mention a certain spice to it. :?) Ya, I`m looking for the spiciness I loved in cigars. Wondering if a drop of tabasco (mixed in?) wouldn't hurt? LOL. Cheers, Randall
  24. I know this is probably asked on a regular basis, so please forgive me if its a beaten horse. But the flip side of this is that juices are always changing so maybe there`s something brand new that can be recommended? First, let me give you my background, so you understand me better. Iv been vaping for about 5-6 weeks now. I smoked CIGARS for the last 7-8 years. I loved a strong cigar, with a very strong Habano or Corojo ligero mix, usually on the maduro (black) side of wrappers. I smoked lots of Perdomos and Rocky Patels, that type. I loved the burn that comes with a strong cigar, the opening of the sinus and the throat hit. I am (was) completely used to massive doses of nic. So, I`m assuming a straight VG juice really needs not apply. I started out with Imperial, and while its not the dogs bollocks, it does have a saccharin taste that gets old fast. I do not like sacchin at all. I tried My Vapor Store`s 55, way too peachy for me. Not really liking peach. Right now I`m hitting Highbrows cigar blend in a 70-30 mix with 36mg and its pretty good with a hint of caramel, but its on the lighter side of taste when compared to what I would really like. Now, I know there may/will be limitations, and I`ll be happy with the what`s available, as I really like the vape experience over the smoke nastiness. But, I would like more, we all want more don't we? Soo, for any of you folks that know exactly where I`m coming from, can you help me? TIA, R
  25. OK, I`m in the market for a V5, but I`m torn between the black and the stainless. I understand the black may actually be brass material underneath, and I just love the aged brass look, when it builds up that nice smokey-black patina. So, my question is: can anyone confirm that the black model is of brass construction? If so I do not care how many scratches it gets. But If its just pot metal (crap alloy) then I`ll go with the stainless. Any help on this is appreciated. TIA. R
