  1. Starbuckets Mocha from sweet-vapes is a staple for me as I always either have some here or some more on the way.

ECBlends has a cool feature to mix your own and I have one I created called The Works. I don't remember what is in it to be honest but it is really good. They let you name your mix and it gets saved to their site I think. Now that I'm thinking about it again I need to order more of that!

  2. Like I said I just did it from memory but used his general tips as a guide. I'm a noob to this coil building thing too. I am just trying it and being careful so as to not get hurt or break stuff. I rebuilt a Davide king coil last night and it worked fine until I lost a seal for the tank and now I can't use it anymore. Kanger coils are also good practice in my opinion. Trial and error my friend just keep the errors to a minimum right? As for kanthal gauges I have only used 30g so far and don't know much beyond the smaller number means thicker wire and less resistance right? Lots to learn still for me here...

  3. I can tell you that I watched his video once and then a week or two later when I actually had a nautilus of my own I tried it from memory and was successful. I'm not sure what you did exactly. I made mine with 30g kanthal and organic cotton. I trimmed the cotton fairly short on each side of the coil and put it into the tube so that the cotton was lined up with the first coil position slots, not the deepest ones if you know what I mean. I think I did 6 wraps and it is around 1.8 ohms but my cheap tester broke on me(lesson learned) so I can't test it accurately anymore.

Keep trying but be careful so you don't get hurt or destroy equipment, or both for that matter. I am stoked because both stock coils that came with mine were horrible after only a few puffs but my rebuilt one is a trooper and works very well. I have it on my sentinel clone with an 18650 in it and it rocks!

  4. speaking of the vamo, do you like it?

I do like it and it works really well. It was my first apv and I am happy with it. Knowing what I know now I might go with a provari mini when it comes time to replace it but I will use it until the wheels come off. I like how the display is positioned for easy reading and where the buttons are. I rarely use it in 18650 mode as it is just too big with an 18650 in it but that is my only complaint so that says a lot to me.

  5. If I ever do decide to get to 0 nic, as soon as I do I will be having a fire sale on all my vape gear. To me, its like O'Douls. I do not see the point.

Just my opinion. I do not vape because I enjoy it. I vape to not smoke cigarettes. Its that simple for me.

I agree almost completely, except that I do enjoy vaping as I have finally found flavors I like. If I didn't enjoy it I wouldn't have made it these last four weeks! I think it is about balance, find that happy place that replaces the habits and rewards of the old stenchers and stinkies. My wife and I are both on 12mg and going strong. I chain vape and take breaks, have a few vapes, back and forth, and just kept at it for the first week or two and it has completely changed. I no longer crave cigs in any way and am simply amazed!

It takes what it takes but it does work and that is the bottom line in my opinion. Practice and play, find what works for you and get off them stinkies!

  6. I'm a rookie and just rebuilt a kanger protank 3 coil with organic cotton and 30 gauge wire at 1.5 ohms. I am stoked to have any kind of success and it works very well and tastes great. I also picked up a free hcigar sentinel clone with a grand vapor clone rda and I want to try a dual coil build next as I also had success with a single coil on it at .9 ohms.

Three and a half weeks without a stencher and going strong! (wife too) YaY ☺

And thanks to everyone on here that posted advice I learned from and showed me that safety is important!

  7. Just my experience here but I was a pack a day camel filters smoker and I am fine with 12mg juice. I tied 24 and it was just too strong then went to 18mg and same thing. 12 mg is just fine although I do chain vape at some times of the day, like say when I'm driving or watching TV. Like I said this is just my personal experience and I wanted to chime in. 17 days without a stencher and not looking back!

  8. Starbuckets mocha with extra chocolate from sweet vapes is nice...steeped it for four days and couldn't wait any longer!

And vapeothecary has a couple of good ones that are a bit too sweet for all day but then again I'm new at this stuff. I got toffee cups and samsquamch sample...soooo sweet!
