  1. Im using a Nimbus RDA dual coil build with a "soaker" wick at .5 ohms. Right now im mixing a 70vg/30pg 11mg nic, "Green Lantern" Juice (tastes like gummy bears) with a 70pg/30vg Sweet tarts caffeinated liquid (0 nic). It tastes awesome and makes KILLER clouds. Im waiting on a order from Bootleg Vapors I put in for a 80vg/20pg liquid of strawberry mango... Kind of wondering if I should have requested in the order that they add extra flavoring since the PG is only 20%.
  2. Lol. The mobile app has me repeating myself.
  3. Big clouds are satisfying but I'm really not in it to impress others. I want some flavor at the same time.
  4. Just started vaping with mechanical mods and sub ohms. I'm Down to zero nicotine so that's not an issue for me. I guess I just like to play cloud chaser now. My question is, is 100% VG going to be flavorless or would a 80VG 20PG blend allow me some more flavor?
  5. I just got the VTC5's in the mail today... There the real deal. I was using efest 2000 mAh 3.7's before. I threw the VTC5's on the soda charger, took em like 3 1/2 hours to charge. When I popped one in to my nemesis mechanical mod and screwed on my nimbus RDA dual coil build (.5 ohm soaker) and added 70VG/30PG to my RDA I got consistent FAT TASTY CLOUDS!!! Haven't experienced a drop in battery performance for about an hour and a half now. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! A cloud chaser has been born!
  6. Nemesis Clone, Nimbus RDA, and some 2mm wick and 28 gauge kanthal. Also a pair of Sony VTC5's. Now just waiting on my 80VG/20PG liquid so I can blow mad clouds!!!
  7. Thanks for the heads up. I found a pair of VTC5's on ebay for 20 bucks, free shipping.
  8. Hey, I just ordered my first mechanical mod (Nemesis Clone) and im getting ready to do the sub ohm thing with a Nimbus RDA clone. Ive read that these Sony VTC5's are the way to go as far as sub ohming with an RDA and in a mechanical mod such as the Nemesis. My question is, are these batteries safe to use in microprocessor mods like an iTaste 134 or will they fry the circuitry because they are 30 amp or any other reason? Share the knowledge! Thanks!
  9. Vivi Nova and the iClear30b are 2 of the biggest POS tanks I have ever regretfully had to own.
  10. Does anyone know if stacking 18350 batteries in a itaste 134 is safe? Reason im worried about doing it is because its microprocessor controlled and im worried about frying it.
  11. Unfortunately I cant do that. I had to almost literally twist this guys arm to replace the cool fire 2. He wasn't going to honor the 3 month manufacturers warranty so I called him out on it and he finally decided he would exchange it with a new one. Im learning alot on the web about mechanical mods right now. Seems to be the way to go. Don't have to contend with this microprocessor BS malfunction garbage. I got my eye on a Maraxus clone right now. Looks pretty sweet!
  12. Cool, Cool... I talked to the vendor I purchased the Cool Fire II from and he's willing to replace it. Kinda funny though, I had to throw up the fact that only AUTHORIZED innokin vendors must honor returns on defective merchandise up to 3 months after the date of purchase. I bought my cool fire II on Feb. 4th so Im like 2 weeks within the window. Whew!!!
  13. I still have a lot of friends who have no desire to quit smoking and today I was with one of them. I have to say, the smell of cigarettes makes me nauseated after 6 months of having been smoke free but after a few beers I asked my friend if I could have one of his cigarettes. I held onto it till I got home. I kept asking myself, do you really want to put this stupid thing in your mouth, smell like the bowling alley bar and hate everything about yourself again? Well I guess I was pretty buzzed because once I got home I walked outside (no way do I ever want my house to smell like cigarette trash again) went around the corner (so none of my neighbors could see me) and lit it up.... On the first drag I immediately remembered the familiar taste of what tobacco smoke tastes like on the pallet... SH!T! The second drag had my conscious asking me why are you doing this!!!? And 1/2 way through the third drag the cigarette was under my shoe while I squashed it out! Tobacco is NASTY! Never EVER again will it put one of those stupid coffin nails in my mouth! So proud to be smoke free!
  14. Im through with Innokin Products! Anyone have any suggestions on a good VV VW mod that has a dependable track record?
  15. Innokin has seemed to be nothing but problems for me. First the issue with my 134 (Which I fixed by blindly disassembling it) and now this crap with the Cool Fire II. I gotta find a better manufacturer to purchase from.
  16. So I was sitting there vaping on my Cool fire II with an EVOD had just replaced the battery with a freshly charged one and suddenly I noticed that it started to remain firing after I took my finger off the button. The coil/battery connection began getting very hot. I did not let the device "Ghost" fire long enough to see if the 10 second cutoff would initiate. Freaked me out. I unscrewed the tank then screwed it back on and I can hear the coil firing at what seems to be at a very low voltage. Put the EVOD on my ohm meter and its fine. I put a different tank on the unit and as soon as The coil made contact with the battery it started firing on its own again. There hasn't been any major e liquid leakage on the battery ever. What is it with my luck and Innokin MODS!?!!
  17. Yes. After the first incident of leakage I unscrewed the coil completely to inspect the sealing ring and make sure no cross threading had happened. Then I hand tightened it and used pliers to give it an extra tightening (not too tight) to make sure it was fully seated. .... Same issue, flooding through the 510 coil contact in the base. I have like 7 other tanks right now so Im not even going to waste my time with this POS anymore. The iclear 30b is the worst product Innokin has ever produced.... Period.
  18. Still firing like a champ! Recently got a Kayfun 3.1 clone and am blown away at how fine I can tailor my vape needs with it! The 134 and Kayfun 3.1 RBA is a fantastic combo!
  19. Huh, I guess im going to have to take a look into those Davide Minis tanks. Thanks!
  20. What sucks is that I bought 2, 5 packs of replacement coils for this tank before I received it, or knew how crappy it was. My money would have looked better over an open flame!
  21. My supplier sent me one of these by accident so I decided to try it out anyway. Filled up the tank and started vaping. Tasted burnt and dry. Got around to taking out the coil and noticed that the wick was loosely wrapped by the coil. So I rebuilt the coil using 32 gauge kanthal and 3.5 mm silica wick at 2 ohms. Definitely started vaping with better flavor but this tank still seems to fall short of the quality of flavor and vapor that a KPT normally puts out. Would not suggest this to a friend.
  22. KPT mini II's are awesome. Of all the tanks I have ever owned the KPT's seem to have been the most reliable and least troublesome.
  23. Thanks for the advice, ill try it on my next build.
  24. I retract that comment... Just put in a new coil and filled up my 30b with some new e liquid I got. The tank started leaking like the titanic through the coil contact in the base. These tanks SUCK!
