  1. IMO I wouldn't get something that's considered Advanced, MOD, or VW/VV device if I'm planning to use a protank or clearomizer with it. If I wanted to use a protank or clearomizer I'd just get a regular battery with variable voltage. Simple stuff like the Ego-C Twist Or anything "advanced, mod, or VW/VV" I would always strive to use a RBA or RDA
  2. open up the top cap of the chi you there should be a telescoping pin that touches the batter the small diameter screw adjusts the distance between the pin and the battery the larger diameter screw that sits flush against the top cap is the one what adjusts the distance between the atty and the 510 connection adjust that one and you should get your rsst flush against your chi you top cap
  3. I say go with a MVP2 then if you want to start modding get a Itaste SVD MPV2 with a Protank 2 Then Itaste SVD with IGO-L / IGO-W / RSST I wouldn't go into a SVD unless you wanted to start rebuilding because I wouldn't put any protank or clearomizer on a SVD
  4. its going to be hard for me to steep, I get too anxious lol
  5. I cant wait for my order to come in! I got a little crazy and ordered 12 15ml bottles
  6. I converted my nemesis clone into a hybrid. Its basically an adapter that screws into the bottom of my atty that allows you to remove the top 510 connecter cap and just screw the adapter with atty on top directly into the mod therefore making direct contact with the battery
  7. I kinda went crazy ordering on ECBlends Almond Amaretto Chocolate Hazelnut Dragon's Crown Dragon's Delight Dulce de Leche Feel Like a Nut Kahlua Wizard Lychee Mango Orange S'mores Sweet and Tart all 15ml bottles
  8. where did you get the glass tank?! maybe because the cable is coming apart at one end is causing poor wicking. i'll just have go get a cable myself and rebuild to see whats happening
  9. I've been thinking of rebuilding the protank what gauge kanthal did you use and what did you use to wrap it? do you have any pics of the build?
  10. I love Walking Dead! I vape while I watch it! hahaha
  11. but then you're building a horizontal micro coil
  12. I work in the Mortgage Division of a Community Bank I work part time at my local Best Buy I also do photography, vinyl decals, and vinyl wraps. [plug: my work can be seen on instagram @gefficart]
  13. i'd use a KPT2, I think it looks nicer and filling the tank from the top or bottom doesn't bother me but it's been a couple of weeks since I've used a KPT2, I've joined the art of modding
  14. the only set up ive had on my RSST is a wire cable set up with the upper portion using ss mesh its my first genny style atty and my friend built the coil for me
  15. I just started building too, I just built my first coil I just used supplies from a kit a bought from a vape shop. I'm planning on getting spools of wick and kanthal online in the near future Igo-W Dual Micro Coil 6/7 wraps with 28g kanthal for my first build its okay. I'm not sure what ohms its running because unfortunately my crappy multimeter is well crappy lol
  16. I use a cable on my RSST as well, it's built around a .8 ohm micro coil But every so often I get dry hits, this might be because I chain vape, but I find myself having to tilt my mod to re wet the wick Also if I'm using very high VG juice I have to be mindful that the wick is always wet because since the juice is so thick its harder to rise up through the tank as well as dries the wick faster while vaping
  17. I got myself an Igo-w my first dripper
  18. I used my Ego-C Twist for about a month, then I moved over to a SS Nemesis Clone with a Genesis Tank. I've been vaping on that for about a week now. And I absolutely love it. Since I got the nemesis I haven't picked up my Ego-C Twist [650mah] except for once when I wrapped it in carbon fiber And now I cant wait to get my brass Nemesis in the mail xD
  19. I've been thinking of starting to diy myself. so far from the hand full of flavors I've tried, I haven't liked many
  20. yup, the nemesis has vent holes for the battery located in the locking ring the hybrid adapter [NEM-1 ST] allows you to remove the top cap with vented holes of the mod. the top cap with vented rings were to provide airflow to clearomizers or anything that draws airflow from the 510 connection anyone using a genesis rba or a dripping atty would serve no purpose to have that vented top cap the pro's about using the hybrid adapter allow direct connection with the atty and the battery therefore providing less resistance in the circuit as well as a harder hit. plus it makes the device a little bit more streamline
  21. you mentioned that they're wired differently? does that mean you didn't wire them yourself? if you didn't there could be a very great possibility they're running different resistance have you tested each atomizer to see what ohms you get on their?
  22. What materials did you end up using? Mind doing a write up for us?
  23. Well the adapter basically gets rid of the air holes on the mod. Users don't need the air holes in the battery compartment when they're using a dripping atomizer or a genesis style atomizer where there's a vent hold in the atomizer itself. So the adapter has a 510 connection and the threads to screw into the battery compartment thus eliminating the vented top cap of the battery compartment. when I have pics i'll post them up
  24. I got delivery confirmation for the adapter to make my nemesis a hybrid
  25. Hey everyone! I'm very new into vaping. I'm roughly about 1 month into it. I started with a Kanger Pro II Tank, a Ego-C Twist 650mah SS battery, with a SS ming drip tip. Just this sunday I went off into the mechanical mod world. I picked up a SS Nemesis Clone with a RSST RBA and my ming drip tip The RSST is build with a 6 coil micro-coil and roughly 0.8ohms I currently run my Nemesis in 18650 mode I'm waiting on a brass Nemesis and a hybrid kit adapter to eliminate the vent rings I'm also a photographer, I wrap cars, as well as make decals. If you guys have an IG I have my work under @GEFFiCART I plan to continue to learn about this #vapelyfe
